The BEST customer service, which is very rare these days! They knew our name, all previous work done on the vehicle, beat the dealership price by $300; gave us a quote and did the repairs on the SAME day 🤗👍😲!! Go see Tom, he rocks!! Had a flat tire and they were able to get me in as soon as I called, I had a bead leak that they fixed for me expeditiously. The next day (today) I was still losing air. I called them and they had me come back up and were able to fix a small puncture due to a pointy rock.

Overall I am very satisfied with the repair service and especially the customer service they provide. Definitely recommend.

Very impressed with my first visit. They quickly and efficiently addressed the concerns with my car and did an overall check on it. We came up with a plan for of the maintenance that fit in my budget and they did not pressure me to do any "recommended" maintenance, but let me know what the mfr recommends. The digital communication with pictures lets me know they are honest about the work required. Prices are reasonable.

We used to use another mechanic shop for our repair needs. Unfortunately we paid a huge price for it. While searching for a new repair shop my son told us about the shop that fixed his truck. We decided to give it a shot. Never again, will we use anyone else for our repair needs. Elsessers, has by far exceeded our expectations!! Thanks for being so great crew!!

They were incredible, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and their prices were so low, we were able to go home and get the other vehicle and bring that one in to be fixed as well. We are very impressed, and we will be back for any and all future repairs. Thanks guys.

My service work (they replaced seized brake calipers on my older truck) went fine, with great communication, and fast work. May not be the lowest-cost solution for vehicle service/repair needs, but they’re an honest and pleasant set of folks to do business with. They didn’t push, or bill for, any services or parts beyond what I was pretty sure were the vehicle’s needs.

I just moved to Michigan and gave this place a shot, and I am so glad I did. They were very professional, explained everything that was wrong clearly, charged me fairly, and took pictures to support what they said. As well, I unfortunately wrecked my car on my way home, and they were willing to take it back at a slight discount since I was just there. Then when it turned out my car was totalled they said theyd inspect the used vehicle I purchase to replace it for free. I just really appreciated them being so understanding and willing to work with me when I dont have a lot of money and needed the help.

I had my car towed here after breaking down on the highway. I got a great, honest inspection and friendly service. I was able to pay over the phone and pick my car up over the weekend since I actually live two hours away. Big thanks to everyone for the help!

Absolutely could not recommend anyone else. I've been here multiple times with multiple vehicles. They give you an amazing printout that you can also access from your phone that tells you exactly what's wrong with pictures what the price would be and what their suggestions are. Their staff is amazingly helpful and understanding.

My car broke down this morning blocking the most busy intersection in Perry. Elsesser's was able to get my car in immediately and get me back on the road within a few hours. They were honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely return and would recommend them to anyone!

Had an issue with my car while I was passing through, stopped here 5 minutes before they closed and they took my car right back and stayed after they closed to fix it. Great customer service! Very nice people!

I had some rodents reek havoc under the hood of my truck. These guys did an awesome job getting everything fixed up for me. The guys up front were very helpful and professional. I really liked how they took pictures of all the problems. They broke everything down for what needed to be done and the cost.
