I have been going to Joe's for years now. They always do a fantastic job (regardless of what vehicle). They work great with insurance, and typically beat the price the insurance estimates. I don't see how I could ask for anything more! Free loaners are a huge plus, too. Also, they have FANTASTIC staff who really make sure you are taken care of. They will always be my first stop, Thank You, Joe's!!!!

Needed a tow today and these guys were incredibly helpful. Both drivers called me to make sure I was good and they arrived shortly after I called in my request. Very well structured company with great employees. Truck was super clean too! Shoutout to Travis and Garrett.

I have used Joes Body shop for 25 years. The staff and workers do top notch work. Always get your vehicle in within a reasonable amount of time. I have never had an issue with the work they do even years later. They provide loner vehicles that are very well kept. The best thing is my vehicles always are returned detailed inside and out , which is a great testament to the professional work and service that Joes Body shop delivers ever time. I do not take my vehicles anywhere else.

My truck broke down late one night. Joe’s Body Shop was recommended for towing services. An awesome gentleman by the name of Travis met me at the local Sunco gas station to tow the truck to a local mechanic.
Travis was professional, kind, and funny. Plus his truck was super clean! he explained the whole process, and once the truck was delivered to the mechanic, he took me back to the gas station, showed me a seating area & the restaurant where I could sit and wait for my ride to pick me up. He went above and beyond his job responsibilities & I was so grateful for that.

We needed a tow on short notice Sunday morning. Garrett came to our rescue and took great care of of loading & unloading our classic car!

The tow truck was there in about 20 minutes. The guy was very friendly let us know where to go as we were not Familiar with the area. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this company over any other tow companies I have felt with in the past.

They did a great job! Fenders and paint job looked real good. They went above and beyond, my truck was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Interior was vacuumed and wiped down. Very pleased,also really liked the info card on New BASF Finish.

The work that I received was well worth the wait. They were up front and very personable; answering and explaining any questions. They offered to put a bandaid on my vehicle to keep it on the road while I waited for them to be able to fix it. My car did not need that but they kept in constant touch and were very polite and understanding. Full break down of work on invoice and anything extra they needed they dealt with the insurance company directly making it super easy on me. Utilized the free loaner as well making it convenient for my wife and kids. My vehicle looks brand new. Would not go anywhere else but here.

My family was on vacation from Missouri and got in a multiple vehicle accident on interstate 69. Our car was badly damaged and had to be towed. We’re glad we went with Joe’s Body Shop. They were great to work with. The wrecked driver Travis was wonderful. He took drove my entire family to get our rental car and brought our wrecked car to the shop. Travis is a top notch guy.

A deer hit my daughter's 2010 civic, blew the glass out, and caved in both doors on the passenger side. They replaced the doors and matched the paint so well that's it hard to tell that it ever happened. They were fast, professional, and at the same time personable. If you need work done, I recommend you call them first.

Very thorough and helpful body shop. Excellent customer service and follow through when communicating. Would highly recommend. They did fantastic work on my vehicle.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with the work they did on my car after I was rear ended! Let’s start the review off with the fact that I am obsessive over reviews when looking for anything. My husband had heard about this place on the radio and I ran to look at reviews! This place has amazing reviews which is one of the reasons I picked them. I also needed a loaner while my car was being worked on and they provided a beautiful and very clean Buick Regal. The staff up front were very nice and answered all of my questions before I left. Now where the review gets good. My car looked like it was brand new when I went to pick it up and they even detailed it! I was expressing to my husband when I dropped off my car how bad I felt about it being dirty (I work a lot of hours, and have been doing a lot of extra driving helping some family members) seeing it detailed brought tears to my eyes. I didn’t expect it at all! Thank you to Richard who repaired my vehicle and to Chris who painted it, I appreciate it so much! Thank you all for doing what you do!

Had a great experience today with this company. The water pump on my wife's car gave it up on the way home from Grand Blanc to Battle Creek after visiting my terminally ill daughter. Our driver Travis was very professional and polite. He went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as he could on our 90 mile journey home. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing a tow

We hit a deer right before we were to drive to Florida. John at Joe’s worked to get our car drivable so we could go. Parts were in and ready when we got home and the repair is excellent.

Everyone was so nice the moment we walked in and John was an absolute pleasure to meet.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I found myself in a tough spot this week when I hit ice and wound up downhill in a field. I called Joe's Body Shop and they were there to help right away, 10 minutes sooner than they estimated actually. I cannot give enough good praises to Travis. My accident happened on the express way and before he was even out of his truck, he had the Michigan State Police on their way to help direct traffic so that I could get back on the road safely. He gave excellent instruction to me on what to do while I was being towed out and was very patient and professional. He had me out in no time and I guarantee I could not have beat the price I paid. I hope I never find myself in that position again, but if I do this is the only place I'll call. Thank you Travis for making a stressful situation so much less stressful! 10/10 Service and employees!

Joe's has always been good to us, used them for tows several times as well as body work after collisions.

Even though the claims person gave them TERRIBLE directions about where my car was stuck in the median on I-69 earlier today, Joe's team kept in constant contact with me till they located my vehicle... ONLY to discover that I was better than 20 miles outside of their coverage area! Still, they were so kind in going the extra mile... LITERALLY... to help me get back on the highway. Many thanks to your company. Fantastic, caring service.

We have a 2007 Ford Explorer, which we love. We had some rust showing up on different parts of the vehicle, but otherwise runs great. So we brought the car to Joe's to see what it would cost to restore our "old faithful" to it's original glory. We moved forward with the repair, and the results were astounding. It now looks like a brand new version of our favorite car. Thanks to Joe, John and Tasha for the amazing work!
