As a first time customer, I can’t overstate my faith in, or recommendation for, Nyman Jewelers. Sue and Morgan were “above and beyond” helpful in achieving a phenomenal engagement ring for my Fiancé! (I hope she didn’t say yes just because the ring was so spectacular! ;-). Nyman’s ability to get the diamond I wanted, to the store, and set in a beautiful ring they helped me choose was impressive! They are also true artisans when it comes to the production of what you choose and design with them. My experience with a beautiful set of diamond stud earrings and heirloom engagement ring eclipsed all going-in expectations! They communicate at every turn and are always reachable and responsive. Superior quality and service with an inventory for all spending thresholds. 5 Brilliant Stars!

Great place. My step father passed away last year and I had his Nyman’s watch. I stopped in unexpected to try and get a band that fit me. Eric stoped what he was doing and spent like 40 minutes fitting me for a new band. He then noticed that the battery was low and changed it free of charge. I would highly recently this place!

My go to jewelry store. Friendly staff and great service and selection. Best part is you’re usually welcomed by Opal, Ringo, and Ayva!

This is probably my favorite place to go for anything jewelry related. Me and the wife bought our rings here. One of my many watches too.They are also pretty fast and reasonably priced for watch battery replacement.

Customer Service at Nyman’s is amazing. We have bought jewelry, had jewelry repairs done. Kelly has given us good advice on taking care of our Jewelry to keep it beautiful. The only regret I have is not switching to Nyman’s sooner. I drive from Kalamazoo for all of my jewelry needs. My daughter and son in law have also gotten their wedding set from Nyman’s and couldn’t be happier with how their set turned out.

My first experience was with a key chain for my boyfriend. That lead to a matching one for me...then engagement ring....wedding ring for him...and one to several bracelets for me....we plan more purchases on the future. They are always friendly... professional...and strive to be sure you have exactly what you came in for. Love this place and the people that work there.
