Dr.James Ware is one of the most professional Dr.s that I have ever encountered in my life. Had rotator cuff surgery and it went well and with that being said I highly recommend him.

Was not impressed apon second visit. Mri shows knee cap not tracking correct. I figured as much I have a history of joint problems had prior surgery for same issue. My history is simple my body doesn't cooperate. P. A. Says do therapy I talked with doctor he agrees. The time he was supposed to be talking to Dr I can hear doctor in next room talking with patient. Knowing how active I am and the fact that after several years of therapy I know it's completely pointless and surgery is needed to correct issue but p. A apparently knows more then I do about my own body that I've been cursed with for that last 38 yrs. I don't waste money or time on things that do not work and therapy does not fix issues such as knee cap improperly tracking. If therapy actually worked I'd be superman at this point. The most aggravated thing is I'm extremely active I walk several miles a day caring for dogs and hunting and fishing. All therapy will do is create more pain and discomfort. So yeah poorly treated and treated like an idiot does not go over well with me. And lie to me about discussing my case when I clearly can hear the doctor in the next room you can get bent.

My father had his hip replaced by Dr Ware back in 2012 or 2013 so he wanted Dr Ware to do his other hip.
Dr Ware ordered an MRI in June. MRI showed Spinal Stenosis, so he sent dad to a neurosurgeon. (That neurosurgeon’s office said they couldn’t get him in until Sept or Oct, so we asked another dr dad saw for a recommendation. New neurosurgeon’s office worked with us and got him in much sooner.)
Neurosurgeon gave dad options, one of which was a spinal injection. Dad picked that option, so we were sent to Dr. Bergeon. Dr Bergeon was fantastic! Very thorough. He determined the majority of dad’s pain was from the hip, not the spinal stenosis. He did a hip injection, but, once the numbing med wore off, dad was back in excruciating pain. So, back to Dr Ware for a hip replacement we went!
Dr Ware was less than pleased to see dad. He was borderline rude and only spent about 5 mins in room with dad. He basically discredited Dr Bergeon’s finding, didn’t read any of the records sent over, and dismissed dad by saying fine, you want a hip replacement, we’ll get you scheduled, but it won’t fix your pain. His surgery scheduler said there was nothing until the end of January.
In short, we are now going to a new Orthopaedic Surgeon that Dr Bergeon’s office was able to have call dad and make him an appointment.
Less than impressed with Dr Ware. Very disappointed since my dad was so pleased the first time around.

Advanced osteoarthritis in my feet and all this doc focused on was my ankles. He never accessed my ex rays from my PCP. He only focused on his own ex rays. After $’s later, I found out more from my PCP then this doctor. This doc isn’t worth the money I owe.
