Memorial Healthcare Family Medicine (Perry)

I had a great experience here for my first time. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Liu was wonderful. I felt he really listened to me and being a cash paying customer, he really helped me with the best rates. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

I love this place haven't had a problem with anyone. Dr. Liu is a great doctor and the nurses have all been great to me.

Dr Lui is always attentive when speaking to his patients.

Still feels like a family practice. Got me in same day for a relatively minor issue. I've seen all 3 docs and they were all pleasant, thorough, and professional.

They make you feel better.

I’ve been going here for many years, but never seen an actual doctor just a PA which is different from most places for a new patient but it’s fine because the PA I see is nice but most of the front office staff are rude and not qualified to answer any medical questions even though a few of them think they know what they’re talking about. I feel some if not all of the office staff should at least have basic knowledge of the medical field especially when it comes to medication. I called once about getting a refill but when I used the name brand of medicine and they were lost and said they’d call me back, when they did they told me she had to ask and look up what I was talking about and then talked to me like I was mentally impaired then told me that the name is, and gave me the generic name and demanded I had the name wrong until she was told both names were correct but didn’t feel the need to apologize. I’m not expecting that all the staff should have some type of medical degree just be have a bit more knowledge than they have if they are going to work in a doctors office. If you’re looking for a good place to go and can get around the front staff then I’d recommend here. I could say more but this is long enough and I’m you get what I’m saying.

Dr. Jan Liu is the most un-thorough medical “professional” I have ever had the (dis)pleasure of working with. He lacks the ability to review patients medical history that has been documented under associated facilities, while minimizing/mitigating the client provided information. I have had to deal with this for over a year and I have left the office in disarray almost every time. A patient should not have to feel like they are under penalty by a family practitioner. I do not recommend this practice/physician to anybody who wants an honest thorough doctor who cares.

Went in for annual Wellness visit and ended up getting charged for three separate office charges for a 20 minute appointment. Total charges to Medicare was $350...of course, my insurance and Medicare didn't cover it totally. Very upsetting... been a patient for years but no longer. Changed to new family physician today.

The doctor I had was very nice, be the office is very disorganized they forgot my appointment me, and I over heard how the had two appointments with two people with same first name and didn't put their last name so one of them was going to get charge wrong. Would not trust with personal information.

My wife called on 11/15/2021 at 12:05pm. A Lisa answered the phone. My wife had simple questions about her new patient care and Lisa was rude, abrupt, answered my wife's questions with condescending questions... terrible customer service. I canceled the rest of my family's appointments from there..they have lost an entire family's business.... you should be ashamed to treat anyone in our small Perry community like this.

Wasn't able to make my first appointment now they won't even allow me to be a patient. Not a big loss I never had good care from Memorial anyway.

Awful, the staff is rude, very unhelpful, unprofessional. Would not recommend if I could give no stars, I would.
