This place is phenomenal! Every team member is courteous, friendly, and they aim to make the customer happy! My experience has been wonderful. I am a first time hot tub owner and they were very happy to help in any way. And believe me, I had lots of questions to which they answered! Great service and information. Hot tubs are priced competitively. Locally owned!!!! Owner started business out of his garage and built the business into a success. The business sevices all hot tubs, including the few brands they do not sell. Do you need pool, spa, or hot tub supplies? They have supplies priced reasonably. I bought a hot tub here. They have earned my respect and willingness to spend my money at their establishment.

We scheduled an appointment in store to have our hot tub maintenance done, Mark showed great communication skills throughout the whole process. While we were in store making our appointment we had a wonderful experience and also had our water tested. The wonderful lady there went over all the steps (very easy to follow and understand) to get our chemicals right. Thank you for helping us keep our hot tub running great!

My wife and I bought a reconditioned hot tub and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Our sales rep Amanda walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions quickly and with adequate detail. She helped us understand what was important to us and what we were looking for. In a matter of weeks, she found us the perfect tub and arranged pickup of our old unit and installation of our new one; all without stepping foot in the store. A crew from Recreation Warehouse just removed my 10-year-old Dimension One spa for me, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Don and the rest of the Recreation Warehouse employees for 20 years of great service selling, installing, and repairing 3 different hot tubs over that period of time for me. I just took my fist dip in my new Cal Spa from RW. I am in HEAVEN! Every single stage of this experience could be a lesson in "how to" for customer service. I had an extensive phone interview with Amanda, and she felt they had a tub that would fit my needs. But there was no power or water in it. She said "give me a few days and I'll arrange for you to take a wet test". A few days later, I tried it and it was pretty close to what I was looking for, but not quite powerful enough. Amanda did some research, called me back the next day and said they could increase the size of the foot jet, so I took her word for it and bought the Spa. While doing my test, I accidentally overstayed the closing of the store by 40 minutes. I had zero idea they were supposed to be closed. They acted like I was royalty and made certain I felt comfortable the entire process. The delivery was complex and handled so smoothly. Don and his crew were sharp, professional and went far above and beyond expectations. I will be referring all I know looking for spas to RW from now on. Thank you so much! Kevin and Julie M

It's been a little over a year since we bought our Nordic hot tub from here. Excellent choice! We didn't just buy a spa, we also got partners in the deal! It has been an excellent experience from the staff setting up our Nordic thru the balancing water & closing it for the winter.

My father has always bought his hot tubs through Don, so we thought we would give him a shot. This would be mine & my husbands first spa and we were super excited. Due to COVID there wasn't much out there for us to choose from and we had given Don a budget. He put us on a waiting list for a spa and we could be happier with the results. We waited out a few weeks but he received a trade in and we scooped up on it. Don was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful on helping us purchase our own hot tub. We are very happy and satisfied customers! The delivery team was great, helpful & friendly. Our tub did have a small glitch but someone was out right away to take a look at it and fix it. So I would say Don holds true to his words. A++ in our books!

We were referred to Recreation Warehouse from a friend that had recently purchased their hot tub from them. From the very start, Amanda was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and let me tell you, she knows her stuff. At no point did she ever seem frustrated or aggravated with our questions. She is an asset to RW.

Now lets talk about the delivery team. They were just as helpful, answering silly questions and giving free advice as to the placement of our spa.

Buckle up this is going to be a ride. This place is hands down one of the best businesses I have ever done business with. During the onslaught of Big Rona, I searched high and low for a hot tub only to discover places were sold out, or wanted me to purchase an expensive unit out of my budget and wait months to get it delivered....then I emailed Amanda at recreation warehouse. When I say she was on it, she was ON IT! She listened to my requests and provided me with every option they had available. She would email me what they had in stock with pictures and specifications. She found me the perfect unit within my budget, my wife and I couldn't of been happier. Until Amanda outdid her self and provided us with another option that far exceeded our expectations. She walked us through everything from coordinating transportation and chemicals to keep it up and running. Not to mention the technicians they sent to deliver and install the unit, they were experts and displayed professionalism as well! All in all I have been talking about this business to everyone I know like I just became a crossfitter and would recommend this place to anyone! Yes if you must ask I am writing this review while sitting in my hot tub enjoying this 37 degree pure Michigan day!

Excellent selection of hot tubs in stock. Don was very friendly and helpful. We got a good deal on the tub we wanted, along with good financing options. We're very pleased with our purchase and service.

We feel so fortunate to have nabbed a new Nordic spa at a time when hot tubs are hard to come by. The customer service has been so good in-store and on the phone (thanks, Amanda!), and the delivery and set up by Michael and his partner were flawless. When our local hot tub dealer closed in Lansing, we were worried we'd be left without a good local option for sales and service. Owosso isn't that far from us, though, and it was definitely worth the drive.

Just want to give a shout out to Amanda at recreational warehouse. She’s a great sales person. Attentive when you need something ,returned my calls very quickly with any concerns. Love my spa love this company recommend them 100% she’s looking for a hot tub this is the place to buy.

These guys are awesome!! I got an older spa from a friend that wasn't working I went in there looking for a part they didn't have it they looked it up on Amazon and said here's what you need to order write this down they could have ordered it themselves in the back office and upcharged me for it but they didn't I called again about a motor question he said to go to another place that was a bit more specialized again could have took my money and sent it there themselves but they didn't a+. They will always get my business
