Dr. William C. Decker, DO

My experience with dr deckers office was pleasant, they answered phone, setting up appointment was easy and got me in within a week.
The staff was friendly, and dr decker was really nice, he has excellent bed side manners.
He listens to your problems and addresses them, he is fully committed to his patients and really cares about them.
He went over my medical history and knew exactly what to do, i would highly recommend him

Good doctor, he’s very direct and to the point. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and is very professional. His office staff are very helpful and nice.

That man saved my life long ago when I was dying from pneumonia if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here today I owe him my life

Dr. Decker was so helpful and listened attentively. You’re definitely not just a number compared to my 5 yr experience with UofM pulmonary. I know of other individuals who feel the same!
I was due to travel back in Nov to California close to area where fires had taken place where air quality was poor, Dr.Decker was concerned enough that he was urging me to rethink at this time travel to that part of state but I needed to go... so he provided me the necessary meds that I needed and I know without it I would have ended in ER which would have been best scenario compared to the other ☠.
I am thankful that Dr.Decker has an office in Lenawee county; we need exceptional doctors like him!

Worst Doctor we have had in our lives. When you finally can get through on their non answered line, you cannot leave a message. His lack of care for his patient sent my husband to the hospital twice now! Don't know how he still has a business :/ save yourself the irritation, and find a doc that cares! This certainly isn't the one. His staff repeatedly hung up on me when they finally answered their phone one day and refused to get my husband what he needed. Totally unprofessional, uncaring and zero compassion for his patients.

The communication from the office was terrible. It’s almost impossible to reach someone by the phone. As a patient, I feel as if I was pawned off. I went to my PCP and received a referral for a different Pulmonologist. One of my prescriptions were ready for a refill and Deckers office wouldn’t refill it. They (Pam) told my to have my PCP to call it In since he sent in the referral. It was disappointing.
