The only issue I had with our new house was the tile in our Master Bathroom looked a little grimy. I had Ceramic Enhancement come in and clean the floor, shower, and tile around the tub. My wife commented that it looked like we had a new bathroom. Highly recommended!

Initially they did a decent job replacing the grout in my shower floor. Subsequently, it dried inconsistently with dark areas visible (I have light tile and grout). They returned several times and regrouted, but it continued to happen. Suggested I not use the shower for several weeks to see if it improved. They don't answer their phone, you have to leave a message - I have now been calling them for over a month and they don't even return my phone calls, much less come out to assess the problem.
