After my last dentist in Orchard Park pulled my filling out, I explained to them my fear of it happening again. The hygienist here at Dr. Mercurio’s took her time with my cleaning and was very gentle. Dr. Mercurio was very kind and understanding as well! Highly recommend going here!

He's been my dentist for over 20 years. Michael Mercurio has always been very nice and the staff to. The Lady that cleans the teeth is good and fast also very nice. Never have to wait weeks or months for an appointment or a cleaning. Very professional dentist office will not go anywhere else.

Patient of 15 years or so. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. M, any of the techs or the office staff. They are very kind and helpful. If you need work done, Dr. M is very skilled at getting novacaine to the right spot. Would highly recommend.

Just became a client here and they’ve canceled my appointment twice 45 minutes to an hour before and i personally forgot a day. I’ve been trying to get my teeth fixed since March. When I went the last appointment I told the doctor what side was bothering me the most and he did the opposite side and just put desensitizer on it. I’ve been struggling to eat and drink different temperatures since may and it’s august now🤦🏻‍♀ this is the closest place to my house that I know will take my insurance and it’s frustrating they seem like nice people but I’m over my pain😕

I'm sure they don't care about what these reviews say, but if anyone is looking for a dentist that doesn't already have one. Theyre not taking any new patients, from what I gather for a long time. Not very helpful at all

The dentist is a 5 star himself he’s amazing but the office management sucks. So I missed appointments and the last one I missed my father was in the icu and I was discharged as a patient but the worst part is my insurance still was charged by the office. Now if only they did what a normal medical office would do and now a days they have a computer that does it is call their patients and remind them of their appointments but oh that was too hard for this office to do and that’s why people miss their appointments here

I went to Mercurio a good two years ago complaining of pain in my right upper teeth/jaw. I said I had the same pain in the past because a filling a previous dentist placed there messes up from time to time. He looked at my teeth and told me there was nothing wrong with them. He even said to me snidely "the problem isn't your teeth" insinuating the issue was mental health related. Two years of pain later, in spite of his rudeness, trusting his judgement that my tooth must have been fine I went in to another dentist for a checkup, they said the tooth is rotting and I have bone loss. It is very likely that this was the case when I saw Mercurio. I lived with pain when I ate for two years because of him. Now I need more dental work. I'm 25 and there's an increased chance I'll lose that tooth at least. Please take my review into consideration because you don't wanna be in my place.
