The burgers are great! Fries are generous and a great cook on them! 😋

Service was outstanding. When a burger came out slightly less than medium well, they rectified it promptly to perfection! 👍🏻

Atmosphere was great! Very chill with great music! 🎵

Good all around. Nice atmosphere and appearance. Small but what I would consider a popular menu. We ordered the special that was chicken and biscuits (with mashed potatoes) and the Philly cheesesteak. The Philly was very good, served on an excellent bun with a wicked cool custom grill stamp on top! Again, I really liked the presentation here. The house cut fries also had a very tasty seasoning. I would recommend bottled water if you want water. The tap has a very strong sulfer taste.

If I could give 100 stars, I would!! Highly recommend for lunch / quick bite.

My partner and I were on our way to the animal shelter near by, 2 hours away from home so we just stopped at really the first place we found on Google maps. And gosh, we wish we didn't live so far away!!!

The atmosphere in this restaurant was so nice, very home like, relax, clean, organized. Just overall really great. We ended up sitting at the bar because we enjoy doing that.

The waitstaff was literally amazing. We didn't catch either of their names but they were such wonderful people! Friendly, talkative. The waitress was seriously so sweet, kind, funny, friendly!

And the food! Knock out of the park!!! The wings were seriously delicious, crispy, perfectly cooked, the sauces were AMAZING. The Cuban turkey club was SO good. So much flavor, juicy turkey. The steak & cheese sandwich was Perfect. Juicy steak, perfect amount of veggies to steak ratio. And I loved that it was on a hamburger sized roll instead of a giant sub roll. The handcut fries were a little more done to my personal liking but still, VERY good! Their pasta salad was super crisp, fresh and not overly drenched in dressing, such a good even pasta salad!

We are absolutely coming back if we're in the area again! Or, would maybe even make a special trip to come back out! HIGHLY recommend. I love that they have a smaller menu, too!

The food and service were very good! The wings are phenomenal. Tacos and cheese steak also delicious.

Their specials are amazing, have tried several sandwiches on regular menu, always delicious, porch is great to sit on, friendly staff, homemade desserts!

We went here for work and it was a cute place. Got the wings and most got fries and sandwiches or burgers. No complaints, will definitely go again!

For a little out of the way place, the food was great. The chili and pork chops were cooked to order and people 6 feet away on the porch commented the chicken and biscuits special was 10 out of 10. The mixed drinks also looked good. The delicious dessert crisp with blueberries and plums was to die for, homemade of course. Can't wait to return.

The food and service never disappoints. Friendly, efficient service at reasonable prices. Fabulous fish fry on Fridays. Fried chicken is the best we’ve ever had. Quesadillas rock. Wicked amazing desserts. Love the late 1700s Inn. A local gem 💎

Stopped by while on a motorcycle ride. The food was delicious and the desert was awesome.
The waitress was pleasant and very good at her jobs.

It's so great to see this place open and run by respectable people. A little class in the country. They offer wine and some craft beers for the adults. The apps and food are wonderful. Must have the chicken wings. This is best for adults but kids/families will do well. Although the parking lot has seen better days, the inside is clean and tastefully done. Staff is very friendly and efficient. On the must do and do again lists. Do note, if you are low on gas...fill up first. No stations (or anything else) in sight. Limited hours/days. Check before going.

This was our first time at this restaurant and they were packed. Even though they were super busy, drinks came out quickly and even funny conversations were had with the bartender. He was super quick and attentive. The food was delicious. I had a bacon bourbon burger and hubby had the special, fried fish. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

This place is great! Good home made food too! Burger was awesome and the onion rings were the best! Filled me and my wife up! Funny thing is the owner of the place catered my wedding 8 years ago and now on our anniversary we are eating at his restaurant! Staff super friendly and all around great place to go and have good food and a good time! I will gladly support this local business!

Had the Friday night fish fry. Very good fish with a light batter. Cooked perfectly. Excellent fresh cut fries.

Originally established in 1795, it seemed to had fallen into disrepair for the past several decades. Now it is under new ownership and they have done a wonderful job remodeling it. They have a nice bar, good food, and reasonable prices. I had the bourbon burger with onions, bacon and Gouda cheese. It was delicious. I highly recommend!

6 of us went for dinner, awesome food, great drinks, remarkable service! The prices were fantastic and such a fun atmosphere! We will be back for sure!

This is our 8th visit to the Public House. The food and service is excellent and I highly recommend it.
Tonight the special was a Fried Pickle Burger that was super delicious added to that were the Onion Rings that are among the best I have had. For desert homemade Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese frosting that I would give 4 thumbs up to if I had extra appendages.
Don't pass this place up if you are in Chenango County. As a cook and a 54 year foodie....This place is EXCELLENT !!

We had decided to visit this restaurant after reading about it in the Post-Standard. Drove from Camillus to leaf peep and made this the end of our fall excursion. What a terrific meal we had there! The Bourbon Bacon Burger was the juiciest, tastiest I have ever had, and the mashed potato side dish was homemade good. My husband had their fries, which were also superb. So was the cheesecake with blueberry topping. It was light and fresh. The service was friendly and downhome, the building a blast from the past with the work of local artists on the walls (you can purchase them if you like). I recommend this place highly.

Great historic atmosphere. The service was friendly and outgoing. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I'd recommend everyone make this a place to stop.
