Sutton Co

Sutton’s is the oldest continuing store in Naples. Scott Sutton the eldest son of Myron Sutton, the director of Naples first brass band in the 1880s, invented the infamous Sutton Spoon. He also played cornet in that and other bands. The store still manufactures the spoons and sells outdoor gear in a manner that hasn’t changed in a 100 years. This is how tackle should be made and sold! No big equipment store here, just an old time tackle store with spoons that are hand made! Clothing from the old Woolrich store, not made in China.

Love this place I must see when traveling through Naples New York in the heart of wine country. The old rustic building makes you feel like everything's paused in time people are so friendly they make you not want to leave shows why small town businesses are so important please anyone that drives by must stop and take it in

I bought a onesie for my daughter with the Sutton spoons logo it is adorable. She has taken it everywhere representing where she is from NY!!
