AT&T Store

My Frontier internet went Again. Tried getting my hotspot on my phone to work. It didn’t. I work from home so Internet is Essential. I called several stores in the area for a home hotspot the only one that had it in stock was Cobleskill. I drove an hour. The men were Very helpful and nice. Set it up so all i had to do was sign in to my devices. Also got my hotspot on my phone working again! Very Happy with this store

Recently when we visited the store we had a very positive experience with Noah . Finally someone who is eager to help us figure out a solution for an issue we are having with Internet . He was professional and knowledgeable and eager to find out what our options are. I hope Noah is there if I need him again .

Dealt with noah, great guy, very nice. You could tell he was new but i was right in right out. The crew helped him when needed to make it a very efficient visit

Blakley in the cobleskill At&t helped within seconds of getting there. She was super friendly and so helpful. She didnt push any further sales just assisted in what I actually needed (which is very much a relief when I said once I didnt want to upgrade people can be very pushy and uncomfortable) she was not. I had 2 kids with me who were loud and a bit wild and she didnt budge or seem to be annoyed one bit . That as a mother means so much. So I appreciate all her help !

I wanted to switch two phones from my standard AT&T post-pay plan to AT&T Prepaid and AT&T customer service wasn't able to do it over the phone so I went to this retail location. The two employees went above and beyond taking care of me and my family, they even put on the TV my kid's favorite cartoon show.

The process for one of the phones was difficult but they didn't give up and after about an hour both phones were switched over and worked perfectly. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I highly recommend this store.

Thank you for your help and wonderful service. Dee, the manager, was phenomenal. She walked me through everything. I signed up for the TV service. She was thorough, kind, and gave me all the details. And I love my new tv service!!! I'll be back next week to get a new phone. Her associate was also great. I watched her help 2 other customers with knowledge and kindness. I really was impressed. Thank you!!!

The 3 women who run this at&t store are awesome!!! Dee, Isabella and Morgan offer a zero pressure environment and work as a team to get you the best deal. I came in with an LG G6, I left with an S10+, all figures on my bill match what I was told in store and I'm Happy. Many thanks 👍

Super knowledgeable staff. Went in there and got all the help I wanted. Knew everything I needed to. If anyone needs nay help regarding their phone plan, or any other cellular needs, I highly recommend this store and wonderful staff!

I had a great buying experience here even though I was there for 2.5hrs trying to upgrade my phone the manager Cassandra was beyond helpful and didn’t stop trying till the issue was resolved.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Was not sure what phone I really looking for and they were very patient with me and never mad me feel like I was being rushed.

The 2 ladies who are running the store in Cobleskill N.Y next to Walmart are fantastic. When ever I go in with a problem they always fix it. They should get a raise!!!!🤗
