Since my mother's original PCP was unavailable, M. Gordon NP took care of her. What a breath of fresh air! She was kind, courteous, and extremely thorough. Most of all she was patient and supportive.

Been going here for 7 years and they have the most amazing doctors and staff .

If you need to go to women’s health, I highly suggest Lisa! Lisa is extremely kind and very personable. I have gone to her 3 times within the last year. I have had annual women's health exams with her. She also did my IUD insertion. She explains the process as she goes and makes sure you know what to expect. I highly suggest her and women’s health here in general. The receptionist is also phenomenal.

Contrary to what others have posted, I have had a great experience with Cobleskill Basset Health Center. Dr. J. Bitran and her team has been so helpful to me and my health. I have had terrible doctors before and I can tell you she is not one of them. Their technological advances also makes life easier because I can ask questions and speak to my doctor without walking into the office. All my family members come here and we all appreciate the staff.

I have Dr. Jafojo - I eventually Chose her as my primary bc I saw her so many times and she was so good and has a good attitude. These people are good, they know their jobs.

I didn't want to come in, but I woke up in significant pain and my old lady brought me in. all doctors and nurses were extremely kindness and helpful.

It was great . I only waited to be called for 2 minutes . Doctor came in the room as soon as the nurse finished.

I have had nothing but a good experience throughout all of Bassett and AOFox hospital affiliates..i see Dr Lewin and from what I've noticed is if you're straightforward and honest about everything then they will treat you with the same respect...respect and this For a for patients as well...Dr's and nurse's are people like you or I simply trying to do the kid they're hired for.. being pleasant and nice to someone even when you can tell they're having a horrible time.... never ever forget as a patient that your dr and nurse are human just as you are...

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I arrived a few minutes late because of Google maps lol 😆 they were very understanding. Overall a friendly and fast visit.

They really go out of their way to give you excellent care! They have a wonderful staff of people who care!

Blood work not taken Seriously by a PA so saw a diffent dr then i had to fight to get a Urine test done once i got it i have infection on 19th oh we have to send it Away i.always have started a antibiotic this was 19th still .no antibiotic have calles many times to find out where it is they will be reported
It depends on the dr u have if good or bad
Ive had many surgerys i love each dr i have had for each one of my surgerys
As for dr in clinics well hit or miss just like the ER

I hate being forced to go here. If there was another doctor in town, I would go to them. I'm not sure why they're even open until 8 pm, it seems like they don't make appointments after 5 pm. And if you go in for an appointment and aren't visibly dying in front of them or in so much pain you should be over at the ER, they treat you like you're wasting their time. They asked me if I had any questions during my physical, I asked three quick questions and was told I needed to reschedule the whole physical because I "asked too many questions." Even though it only took 5 minutes to answer my questions, and the doctor came in 10 minutes late. I guess there goes my whole 20 minute appointment. I absolutely HATE this place. I'm strongly considering seeing if there's any doctors in Duanesburg or even Oneonta, I will absolutely make the drive if they'll actually care about my health and well being. I don't even go to the doctor often, and am always very polite when I go. I can't imagine how they treat people that need frequent medical care.

Had to take my son to the ER after 5pm.for a broke ankle. We waited for over two hours for anyone to see us. When we arrived, the ER doors were locked. Signs pointed to another entrance. No one at the windows and additional doors were locked. I had to bang on the doors for 4 plus mins. Before anyone came out. Imagine if it was a fatal injury. Tyler Cambell was the RN nurse in charge. Total disrespect for our concerning issue and gave no help whatsoever. Very poor staff and expertise. Someone needs to visit there at night to see the lack of professionalism that happens there.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Woman that works here named Jan or Jane is RUDE and incompetent. She will also let other people know all of your private health information and should be fired for violating hipaa.

This office has been an absolute nightmare to deal with in every regard. I was diagnosed with type I diabetes recently and getting any information out of anyone when it comes to help, treatment, dosing, specialists, appointments, resources, etc. has been nearly impossible. Half of the time, the reception staff act like it's the patients' fault that they're working at a job that they clearly hate. I have found out (the hard way) that I am incredibly sensitive to the insulin I was prescribed and am hitting dangerous lows with my blood sugar. I have kept a comprehensive log that has shown how fast I am dropping after taking my prescribed dose of insulin. The result I got was to just continue to take the insulin as I have been (which could be fatal). I have requested assistance with patient advocacy to help me get to an endocrinologist, which I have been told multiple times is not an option. I am currently working with patient services to file a grievance about the laundry list of issues I've had since my diagnosis. It also doesn't help that putting in messages to the Bassett app (which states that messages may take UP TO 48 hours to get a reply back) just don't get answered at all half the time. The advice I was given today by actual "medical staff" was to "use my judgement" for my own insulin doses because the prescribed amount is CLEARLY too high, but a provider was not available so just bring it up at my next appointment. To clarify that, after getting a diagnosis a month ago, the advice I'm getting is literally to figure it out on my own, including my medication and dosage. After ten years of the abysmal medical care I got while I was in the military, I thought I'd seen the worst there is to offer. Bassett Health Center has shown me that the pit only gets deeper. Even the Bassett Patient Service staff have been confused as to how the ball is getting so consistently dropped with this treatment. This office has an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews for a good reason. A change in practice is realistically in my near future.

New phone system is terrible!!! What happened to when you can call and talk to a person in your own state! You can’t even get a hold of your own doctor’s office!!! Just awful.

Absolutely poor and lacking understanding completely!!!.... Was running behind for an appointment and I even called the office for one thing and than said I'm running behind. Not one mention that I was only allowed 15 minutes late period. I drove there for my appointment and was turned down and said I needed to reschedule and I told them I can't reschedule and I did let the office know I was running late. Not one ounce of care from this Dr's office!!!!.... Completely understandable!!!....
