Excellent customer service! Pieces of furniture was explained to us and then we had private time to decide! A sale was made!

We have been in search for new furniture for some time. We decided to put our money locally.

We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked into the door, to the delivery men leaving was the most pleasant experience.

The staff in the store provided multiple options until we found our best fit. They were extremely polite, gave my kids balloons. Just an over all great experience. They were able to deliver same day, and they removed our old furniture. The delivery men were happy and helpful!

Great place. Love their customer service. You don't find that at the "big" stores. Made the mistake of buying at Big Sandys 5 years ago. Huge mistake. They do not stand behind what they sell. Just bought a chair there today and they offered to deliver today and they offered to deliver after work today.

I was looking for a special place to purchase a new items for my home I got a really nice table and chairs for my kitchen our new recliner and a beautiful area rug for my living room! I am really happy with this I will be going back to Coles again for more items.,
