This is the 8th time the postal carrier has given our packages to someone else . He needs to be fired for this he only has one job to do and that is to put the mail in the correct mailbox. I'm tired of spending money on something just to have it put into someone else's mailbox. This is ridiculous...

I sent food by Express Mail service around 3pm on Sep 22th from my location. The next day I checked tracking, the package didn't not delivery to the door.
It was showed pick up at 4:37pm in Ohio, but there were no additional information what exactly location to pick up. I couldn't call customer service because after office hours.

Then, I called back on September 24th and they told me where my package was. My friend came on Sep 25th and asked them. They said they didn't know where my package was because a lot of things were messed up there. Seriously! USPS, we paid money for it and get the worst service like this.

It is now 6 pm no mail lady as of yet ! She wasn't this late during the holidays. Seems funny the guy who runs her route on her days off is usually here by 11 am or so...She also states all the time, she's retiring soon, maybe an early one would be best. Last time my 2 day priority wasn't even scanned in as delivered or she didn't upload it until the end of her route... Drove up to mail box to see it was there, only to get a text 2 hours later, it was been delivered....In the past she was still there putting mail into others box when receiving my text a package had arrived...Truly feel she doesn't care....And you wonder why your company is not making money....WOW

I was waiting for a amazon package.. it's a laptop cpu fan.. zanesville ohio usps claimed that they attempt to deliver @7:59 today and ready to be picked up.. (it is just now 6:07pm)!!!!! Who signs for a $12 laptop part when I had way more expensive things just left out on my front door!?! I work 60 hours and probably won't make it to pick it up!!

They will not answer their phones or after calling 12 times and miraculously finally getting someone they say they will look into the matter and call you back then they never do and you are stuck again calling and calling because no one will answer! They even have it to where the recording says their office is closed when it isn't just to not deal with phone calls. I can call the Zane St location and alway get someone but they aren't able to help me with my issue.
This is the third time I have had this issue and it is to the point Ive had to make a formal complaint with the OIG.

There was no mail service to downtown Zanesville this Monday. I tried to call the postmaster on Tuesday for an explanation and it rang for four minutes, no answer. I tried to call the Zanesville post office number on the website today, the recording said the wait time was between 45 minutes and one hour and eight minutes, we’ve got no mail delivery again today, Wednesday. Our normal carrier Mike is fantastic!

Have been sitting on my couch and just received and email from amazon stating that they couldnt access my building? Fedex delivered my packages approx. One hour ago. Its all sunshine here so conditions did not worsen.

Brought a package in to mail out and asked if they had any tape, to which a simple "no" would have sufficed and instead was given an absolutely nasty response about all the things they DONT HAVE and more attitude than I would have though possible from an entire junior high school. Calm down my dude.

I called about a package and they hung up on me . Wouldnt even let me finish my sentence . Horrible customer service

Amazon package to be delivered, waited all day, while sitting in my living room I receive an email telling me that my front door/driveway was not accessible delivery attempted... Total BS, I don't even have a driveway and totally clear path to my front door... I call post office this am and Zach tells me it was missorted and that is why it wasn't delivered 😡 ...

Not open for full service... Wasted my time

Package is there... live animals. But they won't let me pick it up. Has to be delivered next business day. Total bull.

Never answer the phone. Eventually hangs up. This is why people are switching to other forms of shipping.

Got a text from the upstairs said that he tried to make a delivery and missed me for a package but when he tried to make the delivery I was outside wanted me to pay for him to redelivery .

Never get mail when is says it’s going to be there always one or two days late worst post office I’ve ever lived around
