The staff here at Bayer Heritage FCU have been fantastic in helping my nephew with his banking and financial services needs. My nephew lost both of his parents and the folks at Bayer have helped him learn and setup the appropriate financial tools. I never knew such helpful people existed in a bank/financial institution.

Called over 19 times in the past month to close out my deceased husband's account and I can't gwt any assistance or even someone to answer phone. So now I have to fly FROM NC TO OHIO JUST FOR THIA RRASON TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. THIA IS A NIGHTMARE
