The food was excellent as always and the staff, though clearly understaffed and just getting through rush, were very kind.

My visit to hotheads was exceptionally well! I was very happy with the customer service especially by the person taking my order named James. I was reading through the reviews and saw that someone by the name of Mark Bowman said “james needs an attitude adjustment”….well mark, I think you need an attitude adjustment from the way you’re trying to slander this beautiful, caring, good looking staff person. Also, Mark, you need to stop these reviews, who takes 67 photos of goodwill?

They have good food and healthy options. The customer chooses their own food fate.

Better than the "equivalent" competition. Much better. Extremely excellent food, many different sauces and meat choices. Well worth the price when you get a burrito thats bigger than a 32 oz Gatorade bottle. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is kept clean as well as where the food is prepared. I recommend this place to everyone

Good food, more expensive tha Chipotle not as filling, but taste better, and seems to be better quality.

I love their cantina nachos! I always go their and the staff is always friendly! Tried their fish tacos and burritos a couple days later and WOW! Definitely need to eat more items on the menu.

I am a lover of Hot Heads, i have been going since this one opened and am never disappointed. The quality of the food is great, the service is fast and really friendly, and there are plenty of options for whatever you are in the mood for. I usually get a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, mixed Verde and corn salsas with extreme habanero sauce (they took it off the menu, but there are a lot of other people like me that like the mix of straight hab and sweet hab so you can request it) plus cheese, cream, lettuce and cilantro. Their reward system is actually worthwhile too.

I used to work there. Good company culture. Prices went up a little too high for my wallet, but the food is always fresh, the peeps are always kind and courteous, and they always get it right. Keep being awesome

Hot heads is great. Highly recommended above other similar, competing restaurants. The selection is amplified by the available sauces to choose from when completing your order. I highly recommend the Hot Head Sauce as it is definitely a subtle, complimentary flavor booster.

My favorite franchise in NE Ohio. Service is always fast and friendly and the quality of the food is amazing. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the rewards club. It costs nothing and you can earn "Burrito Bucks" pretty fast that you can spend to get free food.

Great place to eat , better than Chipotle’s , almost as good as Moe’s. The sauces are really good, would love to open one of these places in NC. Great food in my opinion.
