We love Dr. Leahy he’s a wonderful doctor! He listens to our concerns and isn’t trying to shove anything we don’t need down our throats like most doctors do. I’ve gone a couple times, my mom has as well. I took my son recently to get his wart frozen off and he was very patient with my son, very kind and fun. My son had a few questions, and he answered each one. I’ve never had a problem coming here, we love the doctor! I highly recommend coming here.

1st time at Elizabeth family health today & it was great! I was seen on time, all of my concerns were addressed promptly, & I'm very happy with my new doctor...DR. Richard Leahy. I'm new to Elizabeth & considered going into Castle Rock at first, but I'm definitely glad I choose E.F.H. PC!

ALL of the staff and personnel in this place were absolutely amazing. I've never had an experience at any health/doctors facility like I had here, absolutely incredible. I went in for an emergency situation with a dislocated shoulder and they got me in right away, they took excellent care of me, extremely fast and reactive for me. They made me feel absolutely comfortable, took care of me in a very timely manner, they were all very relatable (small town vibes and country backgrounds), they talked me through absolutely everything they were doing, I'm absolutely blown away at how great my experience was there. And not only did they get me fixed up in a hurry, they gave me a good lecture in regards to my negligence in not taking care of my shoulder the last time I hurt it (I dislocated my shoulder a couple months back and didn't let it heal at all, just went straight back to work). This to me shows that they truly care about their clients, a true small town establishment. Thank you all for taking care of me so well.

All the staff were wonderful. The Doctor made me feel like she was listening to me and had a very caring attitude. The front desk personal were very professional. I would recommend this office to my family and friends. That is a very high praise to them

I have been going to Elizabeth Family health since 1999. I like it because it is still a small town office and I think because of that you get better care. Dr. Leahy listens to you and works with you.

I have been going to Elizabeth Family Health for 16 years. They are efficient, professional and provide personal care beyond what the big medical offices offer.

Great personal service from a helpful staff. Google has the hours wrong and will not fix: they are open from 8am - 5pm M-F.

All of the doctors and staff are extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. You could NOT possibly find a more professional and caring facility anywhere!

I wrote a review the other day and didn't have all my details together, I thought I did but was misinformed.
Since I received new information my perception and opinion has changed.
The office is quaint. The staff is kind. The doctor seems to have been around the block and seen a thing or two. He seemed a bit aloof but warm.
Change, for me, can be difficult and with as many moving pieces as doctors and medications, my wires got crossed. I apologize for being rash. You all do good work.

I scheduled an appointment online because it was the weekend and I wanted to be seen asap Monday morning. I'd been sick for almost 2 weeks and knew it was some kind of infection now that needed some antibiotics. I had taken 2 covid tests the week before, and both were negative. Well, I get a call a little over an hour before my appointment informing me that because it's a sick visit, I need proof of a negative covid test. I told the lady I was speaking to that I had taken two and they were negative, and that I didn't know if I had any more tests. I checked and did not. So, I scrambled and took one and was able to keep my appointment. I'm thankful that my nextdoor neighbor had a test or I would have had to wait until later to go in. I'm frustrated by this still because it wasn't anywhere I could find on the website. If you're going to take sick visits, you definitely should make it very plain and obvious that you require patients to test negative for covid beforehand. The woman said it's because it's flu season but I went in when I had strep early last spring during flu season and didn't have to take a test nor wear a mask (which I also had to do this time).
Lastly, the lady at the front desk was so cold when I walked in. No one else was in the waiting room, but she seemed bothered by my presence there.
The visit itself was fine. But the everything else was not. I'm finding another practice and will not recommend Elizabeth Family Health to anyone.

Not a doctor's office I would recommend. They are understaffed and waiting time is horrible. They set up an appointment with you and you can expect to spend hours there. My first appointment was about 3 hours and they tried to have me make another appointment and come back another day. They schedule to many patients at a time. Wear a winter coat when you go because the space heater they have behind the desk doesn't heat the waiting area. I moved to Elizabeth thinking a small town doctors office would be great, what a disappointment. Travel to parker to get a doctor you'll be much better off. Staff behind the desk like to whisper, no window there very unprofessional.

My mom was told to go to their office in regards to her blood pressure being 150/103 which can cause a heart attack or stroke. The first lady who seen my mom had called the office previously told them the situation and who ever she spoke with said they would seemy mom if she went at that time. When my mom gets there she is told very rudely they couldn't see her after driving there the Other Dr. told her to go back in and tell them again that her bp is increasing and they already said they would see her, so my mom went back in and the receptionist told her to go to Walgreens and get her bp taken. As a nurse I find this very disturbing as my mom could've had a heart attack or stroke. My mom was so upset she was crying. I would never ever go to the place or refer anyone, very rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job or not a people person get a new job, preferably one that doesn't have to deal with sick people.

They wouldn't give me my vaccations records. Their phone services are completely horrible and not useful at all. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Even my enemies.
