Update 2023: I'm revising my review once again and bringing it back up to five stars. The terrible customer service lady named Melissa no longer works there. I now had to deal with her at the middle school. That's where the one star review is going now.

2022: this place now has terrible customer service and shakes their hands at people and yells at them and tells them to leave just because they're wondering where they're ace rewards points are! (Melissa) I would highly suggest not hiring this woman for a job that deals with people because she will ruin your business.

This place has good home improvement products and good customer service too. I just bought a house close by and they have everything I need for it. I never have a problem finding anything because the staff is always standing by to help. They matched the house paint really well. I got some good quality tools here too and when I had a problem starting my new saw (user error) they had certified technicians close by to help. I'm glad I purchased the saw here. I will definitely be back for more products in the near future.

This Ace Hardware store has never failed to have what I needed. This was the first time I've ever shopped there, and no one offered to help me find something, but I easily found my items anyway.

I always receive excellent customer service when I walk in here! I'm always greeted with a smile and a 'welcome in' and I'm asked multiple times throughout my shopping if I need help finding anything! Everyone is always friendly and always willing to go above and beyond just being a cashier or stocking person!

This place is the best. The youngsters that work there are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I can ask for an obscure item and every one of them will know exactly where to find it. What size it comes in. And the price. With the rising price of wood these guys keep their prices as low as they can.

They are a local hardware store . They greeted me at the door. They had what I wanted. Their prices are reasonable, they have a great selection of wood and rentable equipment. I shop there when I need something and dont want to drive 50 miles. They are very friendly and have people who really know what they have and how to make things work.

The employees here are so courteous and boy do they know their store well! When you walk in they ask if you need help right away and will direct you or personally take you to what you went in for. Great supply for not a huge store. This store is essential to Alturas when you don't want to have to leave town or drive all the way to Klamath Falls to go to Home Depot or something. Recommended!

I arrived 7/27/20 and asked Mark (I think the 1st employee who greeted me) to direct me to door lock set. Because, I needed several set and Deadbolts. I asked Mark for advice and showed him pics of house project Doors & Security Gates. Mark asked me if I needed the lock sets all keyed the same. I immediately said yes (I didn't think that was possible). Mark also (after looking at my project pics) suggested the best lock set and Deadbolt Combination. I really appreciate Mark's attention to my project needs and his willingness to share that forethought with me. I RECOMMEND this ACE Four Seasons Supply Center to everyone. As Mark was dealing with my Lock Set (keying them all the same) another young Man helped me with other project items. Thank-you very much for there help.

They always do a very nice job, their customer service is excellent. They have a good selection considering the size of the store.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of products. This is the only place in Alturas where I could find Wood Pellets for our Green Mountain grill.
