The owner was kind enough to make an emergency stop on my commercial building, and on a busy Friday! He within minutes addressed the issues, fixed it, and even showed me maintenance tips. Absolutely impressed with the return call, the prompt action, and professionalism!

First cold-snap of the year and furnace wouldn't ignite. I.T.S was the only company to respond and made it over within 30 minutes of calling. Technician was super friendly and professional and found the issue and fixed it in minutes! I am extremely pleased with their services and they have no 'hidden' fees or charges. Fast, friendly service. They cut live control circuit wire on installation of a heat pump which blew a fuse in the attic. Did not clean up insulation dropped into livingroom when they went up to replace fuse. Other than that, would do business again.

Not bad, not great. I had a 3-4 year AC unit still under manufacturer warranty that I asked about and was told by the technician you guys “don’t deal with that.”

I was charged $540 ($150 for 2 hours of labor and $350 for parts + tax). A great company would have helped obtain the part under warranty when asked. I understand not doing it after the repairs are completed but I specifically asked about it before any work was done.

It also looks like I was charged an extra hour of labor because “it was too cold” when the technician came out initially.

But you guys were responsive initially and got the job done so thank you.

We are very pleased with the service and honesty of this company. Will use this service in the future. Until we saw that the AC Unit that we ordered was not the unit installed.
