Took my granddaughter for a haircut. Jessica was so good with her and gave us some great tips on how to take care of her hair.

Last department store in clovis. Good selection.

I've always loved JC Penney. The store in Clovis, NM is smaller than a big mall store but they carry a good selection of merchandise. Even when the cashiers are short staffed, they are always professional and friendly.

I Love this store!! Low prices, great Quality of clothing.The only problem is the do not have enough help. You check out in the Jewelry Department. The salesperson is always friendly, I know where everything is. I have been shopping there for 18 years. They just need more checkouts open. So I give them a 5 star rating. It's not their fault they don't have enough help. Especially, my favorite person is Miss Ann. I just love her. She is the best. She worked at the old Penney's when it was downtown. She deserves a pin for her service. She knows where everything is, & she knows how to order it if it's not there.!!!!!!!

I stopped at JCPenney to return items that I had purchased. There were only 3 customers in the store at the time. I'm not certain if this is how it is every afternoon, but it seemed rather sad to have such few customers. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Had everything I was looking for, just felt bad for the cashier, she was the only one working! She had a line but she never let it show that she could use the help! Had a smile on her face and kept going! I wish there were ways to tip people like her! Awesome!

Favorite store in the mall, great service as always. Only complaint is the long lines. I did buy a ring for my girl, and left the store with an empty box without knowing it was empty. I give the store a 5 star because they contacted me very promptly ,via email, letting me know they gave me an empty box and forgot to put the ring in it before I left. Saved my Christmas!!!

One can always find a great deal when shopping sometimes I find the best deals in town on clothes and shoes. One of my favorite things about JC Penny's is the salon. Desiree Galvan is an amazing hair dresser. Absolutely love her work.

Wasn't expecting a 42 dollar hair cut. But was pleased with the stylist. She was friendly and did a great job.

Regina did so well on my hair. I came in with a mess and she worked so hard to take the old dye out. I will now come to this hair salon for now on. She is the best!!!!

Great quality! Clovis,NM store is clean and the staff is plesent. I have purchased vertical blinds, bedding, bath accessories, as well as clothing.

I just had to return a defective item. Very friendly and an easy return.

Salon always does a great job.

Good clothing. Saved on our purchase because of the staff. Inventory was a little low because of the changes being made.

Save a great deal of money. Small store though inside this mall. The shopping was still great.
