We thoroughly appreciate the services and experience we have at/with Luu Thien MD. He pays close attention to our children and their over all growth over the years. He seems to have been everyone's pediatric physician when they were kids, now that they've grown he's also their kids doctors as well. So they must be doing something right. Even though there's a bit of a wait, it's worth it for the proper examinations and treatment options. Thank you for caring Dr. LUU from the Vanover family.

Dr.Luu is amazing. Not only amazing with his patients but also the parents. I had a concern about something small but it felt major to me. He listened to my concerns and developed an action plan to make my son better. His staff are even more caring and loving. They genuinely develop a relationship with the family. Not only are they loving, but they also want to help you in any way they can from developing a mom tribe to helping you save money. I would 1000 times over recommend Dr.Luu and his team. It’s even more comforting that more than half of the hospital staff in Clovis/Portales sing nothing but high praises for his office.

We had our baby girl just days back, and decided to have her seen for her initial check-ups and exams, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Since the get go, it was a comfortable experience and everyone was informative, helpful, and kind. They even mentioned that they primarily schedule newborns and infants early in the day, to help keep more germs away from them. That’s just a level of thoughtfulness that go not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Every time I have called the clinic for questions about my baby Dr Luu has taken the time in that day to call me back or have time for me to come in the day of with my baby. The nurses and the doctor are very friendly and makes me feel welcome with my baby everything we visit!

Zero stars! My daughter went in with my grandson who has autism and the nurse was rude and degrading and suggested that my daughter “train him with a leash” because he tends to run off, having no fear. If you have a child with special needs, DO NOT take them here because this nurse can be overheard speaking nicely to other children while not even acknowledging this child with autism.

We love Dr. Luu but the receptionist and 95% of his staff are rude and do not care about you or your child. Im constantly cut off and treated like garbage when i call.

Dr.Luu is great however the receptionist is rude. I changed my son to another pediatrician for that reason the staff is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable whether it’s checking in or even just something as little as booking an appointment through the phone her bad attitude is not made for that job.

Rude staff and rude doctor. My child will not ever go back to this place and if I could give a 0 star review I definitely would after the experience I had today.
