Over the years I have bought some expensive tools from here. Years ago I had bought a really nice chain saw that has some problems and the service department could not fix it and ended up upgrading the saw as a fix. They have always been super helpful. Have discounted things when we really needed it.
The staff are some of the best and sad to see many of the great ones move on. They are super helpful to anyone and care quite a lot. I miss the days of the popcorn machine and the holiday flavors!
There prices can be higher yet if you want to spend 2 hours round trip to got get just one item, then by all means do it. I just pay the small markup, it evens out in the end.

I rate this store the number 1 hardware store in Yuma County, Colorado. All their employees are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They nearly always have exactly what I need and at a competitive price. If they don't have what I need they get it for me quickly. I like the idea that it is locally owned and operated. The same thing goes for the Wray store.
