My friend and I had just gotten to the end of the first leg of a weeklong road trip, towing a little popup camper and a couple of bikes, when my car's fuel pump and exhaust cam failed. We learned (after calling every mechanic in a 50 mile radius) that it would take, at a minimum, several weeks for the parts to come in and the vehicle to be repaired, after which the car would need to be shipped or driven back home to Wisconsin. What's more, we also had to sort out a way to get the camper and bikes back home. For these reasons, it ended up making more sense to trade the vehicle in and buy a new car.

Throughout the process of diagnosing the issues with my old car, trying to figure out our options for getting the car repaired and sent back home, searching for rental vehicles, and finally buying the new car, the folks as Northern Ford went above and beyond to help us find a solution. When I did eventually decide to trade the vehicle in, Klay found me a few good options. I settled on a 2016 Ford Explorer. The dealership worked with my credit union to set up the financing, and we were able to hook up the camper and drive away that afternoon.

Huge thanks to Klay, Amanda, and everyone else in the shop and dealership at Northern Ford for making our vacation possible! You turned a really bad day into a good one.

The only letdown is Ford themselves. Make sure they are putting everything that you ordered into your vehicle! I was refunded $20 because Ford could not put the WIFI hotspot in my car. $20!!! For a product that is easily worth hundreds.

Great people to work with and made it very easy to get the deal done over the phone while I'm stationed in north dakota. And they are extremely honest the vehicle I bought had a non functional sunroof and a cracked windshield and got both of those fixed for me.

I just bought a car and the Carfax Report showed it had been in Northern Ford for repairs. I called to inquire about exactly what was done and talked to Macy. She explained what was done, then offered to send me a copy of the Repair Orders via email. They arrived in about 5 mins. Very helpful and SUPER nice! Wish I was closer than Billings and I would use Northern Ford for all services!

My car broke down in Cut Bank (2 hours from home) on my way to the Flathead Valley. The Northern Ford went above and beyond to fit me in and look at my car, despite their jam packed schedule that day. Everyone was SO kind and accommodating to me as well as any customer who walked in the door. I ended up having to drive home that day and swap vehicles, and they gave me their card in case I broke down along the way (which I did, briefly). If you need car service and pass through Cut Bank, PLEASE go visit the Northern Ford, they offer fantastic services and are truly wonderful people!

We recently purchased a Ford Explorer and Tammy Scribben had all the paper work done and ready for us to sign the minute we walked in the door. Very professionally done and explained to us on what we were signing and what it was for. Made the deal go a lot smoother.

I maybe a little biased in my review as I worked there for 10+ years as a partsman and then parts manager, and made some good friends. One thing I do know is it's a great place to buy a car from. They take care of their customers. They have very knowledgeable people in the shop to keep that car you bought serviced and running great. They get two thumbs up!👍👍
