I have always received great care. When there were questions they were answered. Caring and understanding. Staff know their business.

Doctors are friendly and kind and they do good work the psychiatrist is awesome too also michelle beebe is a great np shes awesome

They can help with anything. The doctors are super nice. Plus they're better to han the hospital

I am a traveling healthcare worker, who finds it difficult to obtain care because of constant travel. Luckily, I normally don’t require care. I’m in a first hand position to understand how thoroughly dysfunctional and broken the US healthcare system is, and live my life intentionally to avoid utilizing it whenever possible.

Came here for a particular issue. Told them prior to appt what the issue is/what my aim is. During appt, provider came in to reveal they cannot handle this issue at their facility. That state laws require certain things be performed, that their clinic can’t handle. I did not receive care. I was billed for a full visit. I discussed my concerns with billing staff. I did not follow through on subsequent calls, mainly due to the constant instability that comes from traveling for work, but that’s still on me. Bill is now in collections, come to find out. I call number to immediately take care of it, to protect my credit. I can’t reach the business. The line picks up, and no one answers. These collection agencies are often shady, and I’m unable to pay this bill, and am left wondering when and if it will affect credit.

You guys need to do better here. This is one among many reasons there is such hesitancy in the US to seek healthcare. It is a cutthroat business, and many hate being caught up in a system intended to bill you and make money off you.

The normal doctor is very good but the backup doctor didnt do anything when my husband can't walk and has been kicked by a horse twice. She was also rude. If you need to be seen wait for the regular doctor to be in.
