Glacier County Museum

Wonderful informative tour of the history of the Region, Cut Bank, and important people from the area. The owner showed and explained in a detailed way the history and important information/documents and made a very interesting tour! If you are in Cut Bank you should definitely make a little time to stop and see this wonderful museum!

I love the county museums because they are snapshot of what is important to the local population through the years. This one is not a disappoint. Had a great conversation with the curator.

Highly recommend. So happy we took a little time to stop while we were searching for my families old homestead in Cutbank. We had a wonderful introduction to the exhibits by the museum manager and enjoyed viewing them. I wish we had more time but would definitely add it to my list for a longer visit next time.

This is a great local museum. I only budgeted 1/2 hour and only left because we had people to meet, but I would have been happy to spend much more time here. Lots of old memorabilia, as well as recreations of pioneer and oil field life. The curator has a wealth of knowledge and was great to talk with.

A rural museum that is definitely worth the stop! There is one main building and several outbuildings, each with their own topics. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with you. There is a semi-mandatory donation of $5.00 per adult, but as this is no longer funded by local tax dollars, consider giving more.

A fascinating place to learn about Cut Bank history. The host was knowledgeable and informative. It is amazing the ingenuity of the early settlers and how hard they worked just to provide for themselves.

Very lovely and small. They have an array of old farm equipment, oil rig equipment, and old buildings from the homestead days. Even though we couldn't go inside just yet, it was still a very great experience!

The tour guide was quite knowledgeable. I like trains so there was much there that interested me.

A hidden gem just a minute out of town. We will revisit as we didn't plan enough time to see it all.

Very educational and a good place to take the family. Definitely needs more support from the county and better signage from RT 2 to make it easier to find
