After driving around the area, we're convinced that we made a good choice by staying here. It's set in a valley, which makes it feel secluded. There is a herd of a couple dozen elk that frequent the area. The grounds are nicely arranged. Hookups are well placed, and the sites are good-sized. There are well sized trees that blocked my satellite TV, but I was able to position my starlink dish. Despite what we read, we have 4 bars on AT&T.

We always stay here when we come to this area. Love this place. The spaces are easy to pull through and not over crowded. Quiet, clean, and over all just peaceful and beautiful and the owners are absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay this is it!

We spent Labor Day weekend at this beautiful RV park. It was so peaceful and pleasant. It was quiet. Not overly crowded and the scenery was very nice. Donnie was absolutely wonderful in making us feel welcome.

Nice park, friendly owners. Wide open spots that are nice and flat. Lots of room. Really quiet. Will definitely be back.

Seems like a nice place, though we haven't stayed here yet. Just be aware that $45 rate becomes $83.76 per night by the time they add in the pet fee, "platform" fee and other taxes and fees. Mandatory check-in by 6 p.m. too, which seems a bit odd. Better plan it so that you don't have a long drive on your arrival day!

EDIT: We did end up staying here and am raising my rating to 5-stars. It's some distance from shopping, restaurants, etc. but for us it was perfect, being mid-way between Ruidoso and Lincoln, and the large pasture on the property was perfect for walking our dog and cat. They especially enjoyed watching the goats in the neighbor's field. The grounds were very nice and the maintenance fellow who guided us in was very pleasant and helpful. It's not a large park (which we like) but is in a beautiful setting with shade trees, but still enough clearing that we were able to position our portable satellite dish for TV reception.

Nice park which was not overly crowded like the parks are closer to Ruidoso. Good size pull -through spots. Quiet place and check-in was super easy with the groundskeeper.

My husband and I stayed here Father’s Day weekend. It was peaceful and perfect. Enjoyed seeing all the wildlife that visits her property. Campgrounds are clean and beautiful, with plenty of room between campers. We can’t wait to go back.❤❤❤❤ This place!

Awesome place. Nice and quiet. Picnic tables, grass and all the hook ups for your RV. The owners are awesome people. They can even hook you up with some flowers.

Beautiful park with access to a creek. Sits down in the valley of the creek. A lot of trees and flowers. Verizon signal here is great. A nice back road for walking and biking, through horse country.. We did not deploy satellite tv because of the trees. Trees were too close to use awning, but they gave plenty of shade. We were traveling in a 38 ft coach with no pets. We did not use facilities. A like road noise, mostly during the day, but not bad. We will return!

It was a really nice place Beautiful!
But I was told by the lady in the office no one under 18. but yet we saw kids at the rv site next to us and across from us. Okey different rules for different people? 🤔

From the moment we arrived owner very unpleasant make sure you dont pull up too far or not far enough. While hooking up water electricity she tells me I need to unhook my truck . Told her I was working on it. She illegally charged me for service animal which I will pursue. Did not feel like Ruidoso camping no pine trees. Place was clean. Be prepared to sign 2 pages of ridiculous rules. Would not recommend. Others in campsite talking about the ridiculous rules.
