They usually only have one teller that handles the drive thru and inside customers. They should really have two.

Branch manager sure does know how to not run a branch. Waited 35 mins to deposit a check and had to leave because they can't keep up with customers.

Horrible customer service. I deposited my retirement check and the bank placed a hold on it. So, I have to wait a full week. The bank said they doubt they can collect on it. It was cut from TransAmerica and is a Chase Manhattan check.

Nothing they can do they say. I've been on the phone all day. Horrid service.
