The customer service was great, from start to finish. Every interaction I had was friendly, helpful and professional. The young lady who began my screening was very nice and patient and My Eye Dr, Paige Paulas was very thorough and explained everything to me. My glasses are perfect! I highly recommend this office!

I had an appointment this afternoon with Dr. Paulus in Appomattox! I am blown away by her professionalism and wonderful service! She showed me an example of what my eyes are supposed to see like and I almost got teared up with excitement!!! I've never seen that well in my many, many years of wearing glasses!

Everyone was friendly and helpful

I loved the staff at St Clair’s Eye Dr. Erica and Reggie were absolutely wonderful. The Technician was great as well. These people makes you want to come back but unfortunately I was not impressed with the Doctor I saw. She was rude and I did not like her attitude that I didn’t know what I was talking about. She then told me my vision was due to my cataract problem. Excuse me, I had my cataracts removed when I was in my 30’s. It may have been a bad day for her, but to be honest I was not impressed with her bedside manner and her stating I had an attitude. I told her the prescription glasses that they used for comparison the prescription was incorrect. That was the beginning of her attitude. Anyway all is well, and I am glad I won’t have to see her again.

I have never been so disappointed. Today this eye doctor has lost my business indefinitely. I arrived at my appointment 12 or 13 minutes late, due to my living over an hour and something away and the doctor would not see me. To add insult to injury, when the front desk receptionist tried to ask if she could be a little lenient and flexible because of how far I had to drive, the doctor would NOT compromise. Im floored that the doctor could not come out and at least speak to me directly. Most offices give grace of at least 15 minutes. I will never patronize this location again, especially with soaring gas prices, we could have at least worked something out. The doctor said she had alot of patients waiting and nobody was in the waiting area. Totally upset and this is unacceptable.

The Doctor was very condescending. Once I got to the guy that took my order for my glasses - I couldn’t understand him behind his mask. When I said I was hearing impaired and couldn’t understand him - he yelled at me. I am not stupid - just hard of hearing. He threw in charges that I wouldn’t have consented to and overcharged me. Won’t go back.

Very poor eye glass center.The guy that orders your glasses treated us as we were nothing more than low income of some sort.I asked to get a better pair of frames and was willing to pay out of pocket as the ones the insurance covers look like they are from a prison of some sort and not durable as this is his fourth pair overall. The worker puts a box of glasses in front of us and say pretty much nothing I had to ask were any of these more durableHe said no they are all the same.He never showed us a better pair of frames like we could not afford them or something.I was waiting on him to finish with another customer and heard him offer this client lighter lenses better frames mabe because she was wearing a nurse uniform is why she was offered not sure.This guy had no good customer service skills and did not listen to me as a client and just felt like he was judging us and rushing us out.He never offered eye protection shades as we left my son was blinded threw the parking lot and I had to help him to the car as he had just had his eyes dilated Never again!

After waiting for twenty minutes or more was told to reschedule.Will not recommend their services
