School Grounds Coffee

Visiting Kentucky once again and found this cute gem of a coffee place. Great coffee, love the decor and atmosphere. Very pleasant staff!
Gave a 3 on the food, because I ordered an everything bagel and got a plain one. They were too busy to complain. Also the cream cheese was cold and hard, so not very spreadable.

The entire old school building has been transformed. The school auditorium is used for plays and concerts and the coffee shop functions to support the facility. Lots of seating throughout. Great cup of coffee and lots of holiday options. Too bad I don't get in that neighborhood often because I would certainly come back.

We were looking for a coffee shop and stumbled upon this hidden gem. Best frappes we've had in a long time. Great atmosphere and staff was great. Prices were amazing for what you get. Great selection and unique options.

Great coffee shop. Very good coffee and specialty drinks. The people who make and serve the coffee and the food are so sweet and friendly. They accommodate special orders easily.

I usually get my stuff to go but there are comfortable places in the shop to chill or get work done.

It is inside an old high school that is now an arts center. They have the old graduating class pics hanging up in the halls. Just a neat vibe to it all. And the name “School Grounds” is perfect.

I want to thank SchoolHouse Coffee for such a wonderful time at their establishment. This is no exaggeration, but it was, hands down, the best coffee I had ever drank. My friend and I came in and was really not expecting the " WOW" that we got. I got the sugar free coffee with raspberry and white chocolate flavor with almond milk. Thank you again! This Coffee shop has got a new regular customer.

Friendly staff, awesome smoothies and food. Not a coffee drinker, but I'm certain it's just as good as the rest of the items they offer! Great atmosphere, too. Clean, quiet, and a beautifully decorated space. Not to mention the little cutie in the photo. 🙂

This was such a unique place! The staff were so friendly— they knew just about everyone that came in! They were also able to provide good food and drink recommendations. I had an iced coffee and a sandwich and both were delicious. The interior was styled very nicely and I was able to find a comfortable spot to get some work done for a few hours. This spot definitely has the comforts and charisma often present in small town dining with quality food to boot.

Best place to get espresso drinks in the area! And I love the small food offerings they have during lunch. Good place to just chill for a bit or grab and go.

The food looked amazing and smelled so good, unfortunately we were only there for coffee. The seasonal lattes were all delicious and served quickly and with a smile. The building is very cool. I could have spent all day there.

Love this place! The locally roasted coffee is always fresh, perfect espresso drinks, yummy lunch options and sweet treats like jumbo muffins and frappes, and also a selection of healthy fruit smoothies. A great place to unwind for a few minutes or for the entire afternoon. Easy to cozy up with a warm latte, with the sun shining through the windows, and get lost in the music.

The best coffee I've had in a LONG time! I decided to go with just a regular vanilla latte and SchoolGrounds did NOT disappoint! If you're looking for a great atmosphere, awesome people, and even better coffee-this is the place to go!

If you like your coffee hot, rich, dark and strong you have got to stop in and get a cup. I did not try any of their foods.

This coffee shop was super cute! The staff was amazing and the coffee was the best. I would come back to Lebanon just to visit this coffee shop!!

The food and drinks are really good! So good! The staff is friendly. They let me just hang out and read or write. It’s a positive environment.

Very unique, good coffee relaxed atmosphere. They moved into the end of an old school building and they also host or involved in art and theater in the same building.

Nice, quiet little Antique coffee shop. The service there is great and the coffee is greater-er!😂

Great atmosphere lunch and coffee drinks. You must try the roasted red pepper tortellini soup. My favorite....and the muffins a great too.
