I have never called Taylor's Septic Service that they have not responded right away. Today was one of those days! I run a business out of my home and when your bathroom suddenly has issues it is panic time. I called this morning and within a few hours they were here fixed and my problem . Whether it's John or Penny you talk to when you call they are always so nice and professional and do their best to get the job done as soon as possible. And every one of their employees that have ever been here were top notch and cared about how they accessed they Septic tank with the least damage to your property and yard.

Our septic decided to back up just a day after our hot water heater went. When I called to schedule, he remembered me from a post I made asking for help with my hot water heater, listened and even though his trucks were out for the day, said he’d try to get us in if they had time, otherwise it would be the next morning. They were busy all night and promptly at 9am, I got the call they were on the way. The young men who came out, Adam and his partner, were very informative, easy to talk to and very sweet all around. They explained what they were doing, and we even brought our kids out so they could see what they doing. Absolutely amazing company, owner and workers! Price was exactly what they quoted. I appreciate Adam and his partner, the owner who listened and cared and the company as a whole! Definitely our go to for septic issues.

Mr Taylor has done work on our septic, pumped it on a few occasions. Yesterday Adam and another very nice gentleman came out, pumped the septic and answered a ton of my questions! They were both kind and professional as Mr. Taylor is everytime we have spoken. I recommend them 1,000%

My septic decided to act up right before christmas but when I called Taylor's they were wonderful and were able to get a team out within hours. Adam an his crew came out an pumped my septic. He explained everything to me about what was going on, he had remembered me from when we used their services previously. He waited to check an make sure my drains were working properly. I'd definitely recommend Taylor's. Thank you Adam for everything. And Taylor's for being so fast.

We had our septic tank emptied. Taylor and his coworker worked promptly. They were friendly to my boys who were very interested in how the septic worked. They answered one of my boys' many questions and let him see "toilet flushing in action." They also showed us what to do in the event our alarm went off. They blew the horn of their truck after my boy inquired if they could do it for him. They totally made his day!

Taylor's helped me out of a stinky situation recently. Came and and pumped two tanks that had not been pumped in a very long time. Made an appointment over the weekend and they were there promptly Monday morning as agreed. Main line from building to tank was plugged and that was taken care of. The bill was a little higher than I expected, but in the end we discussed and came to an agreement and both parties were satisfied. So make sure you're clear on charges before work starts (good advice for any contractor). Crew was very professional and knowledgeable, hard working. Will definitely use Taylor's again. I've added them to my phone for when the next emergency pops up, or out...

Had my septic supposedly pumped in Feb. of this year by a different company who said they pumped 1000 gallons. Was having an issue and went out to check the tank inspection port and noticed that it was full again . I thought this was strange so this time I contacted Taylors who sent out Tim and Jason who did a fantastic job. I explained that the previous company had attempted to pump through the inspection port. Jason & Tim explained that the proper way is to dig and remove lid which they did and I can tell you it was a night and day difference. If you have septic problems don't waste your time calling anyone else! There is a reason why Taylor's is #1 in the #2 business.

I contacted Taylor Septic for routine cleaning of my septic tank. Communication was effortless with Penny, I was scheduled in a timely manne and given notice of pending arrival of the technicians. The techncicians were professional and personable. I appreciate them providing education about my septic system. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service - I called and explained my situation and received an approximate quote and told they would be out tomorrow. They called back a few hours later and had a truck in area and asked if they could come today - of course I said yes!

The guys were very friendly and professional and answered any questions that I had and explained the process to me. And on top of the great service it wound up costing less than quoted which is always nice!

The prompt professional manner of this company is very appreciated. The service team showed up as scheduled, located and pumped the system safely, and even took the time to give me some pointers on how to keep the system maintenance. My system was in good shape but I really appreciate them helping me in the long run with maintenance tips.
The price for service was reasonably set for the service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs septic work.

We were so impressed with the service we received. They arrived on time, located the septic tank which others have not been able to locate. They pumped the septic tank and than cleaned it and removed the blockage from the drain pipe by one of the workers climbing into the septic tank. Everyone was very competent, extremely polite, and very knowledgeable. The price was less than another company that we have used before. Very refreshing to encounter an honest, friendly, and very competent company.

I am originally from Pamplin, Va but currently reside in South Florida. I am in process of having to sell my father's house and the buyers were requesting that a septic tank inspection be done before the final sell. I had the privilege of speaking with Penny, who was able to get me everything I needed, at a fair price.

Her son met my Mom at the home and was able to provide everything that was requested within the inspection. I wanted to say thank you to Penny and her Son, for going above and beyond the call of duty to make this process easy.

A rarity in this day and age...competence and service to the highest level! Thanks Taylor for making our first septic service experience simple. Thanks also for the tip on how to save some money for the service...if it weren’t for Mrs. Taylor tipping us off we’d never known we live in a watershed zone where our county pays part of servicing our septic! Just want to mention the courtesy and professionalism your young son displayed while doing the job. You did a great job rainsing a fine young man! We needed to locate the septic and drainage field on a very old property. Taylor’s was able to come out very quickly. Their crew found and dug up the old septic very fast and have been extremely helpful. Will definitely use them again.

First let me start by saying thankyou sooo much, and If i could leave more stars, I WOULD!! my toilet and bathtub backed up. Called them at 1 pm on a friday and they were pulling into my driveway at 2 30!! The gentlemen were nice to deal with and highly professional!!! Would definitely use this company again!!!
