Well worth every single penny.. I have a criminal past and got out of prison about 4 yrs ago and changed my life. When my ex gf got pulled over with me as a passenger, 1 rogue hernando county deputy who couldn't control his emotions arrested me for resisting arrest and I went to jail with 1 misdemeanor. I knew I wasn't guilty and decided I was going to take it to the door bc I knew I had a strong case. After my meeting with my public defender I was left feeling somehow stupid for not accepting their 6 months probation offer.. After talking it over with my mom we thought it best to shop for a lawyer. I called a cpl other notable lawyers in the area and I got the run around or prices that were far out of my range.. I decided to call Mr. Aulls bc he was also a known lawyer and let me tell u... not only was his office staff unbelievably helpful and friendly, but from the time I met Mr. Aulls he instantly treated me as a friend or someone he has known for years and I truly felt like I was talking with a friend and someone who didn't just look at my past and automatically pass judgment. After my meeting with him, he gave me a price which was considerably less than all others and that is After I told him the prices I got quoted from the other lawyers. He actually didn't tell me a price when we first met but said he had to think about it and figure out if he thought it was worth going forward or not. He was so amazingly fair to me knowing my past and knowing that things didn't add up with their case. He fought for me and the whole time communicating with me every step of the way. We truly were thinking we were headed to a trial and a cpl months in his office called me to meet with him bc we were going in front of the judge for a motion he put in.. the day of the motion before I even left work, his office made sure to get ahold of me and he personally told me on the phone that the state dropped it and he would be sending me the paperwork.. I seriously cannot thank him and his entire staff enough for all their hard work and professionalism. I believe it truly made the difference and justice was truly served. The cops cannot just do what they want to who they want and they need to he held accountable just like we are. Thank you ashley!

Ashley Aulls is an extremely effective counsel. I had so many charges against me, and such a criminal record that I was facing more than 50 years in prison. He visited me often in the jail, and he went above and beyond to help me while I had a mental health emergency in the jail. Ultimately I spent 10 months in jail, not prison, and came home free without any probation. Heaven forbid I ever incur a situation again in which I need his help, but he is by far the most capable lawyer I've ever known of. 5 stars.

AMAZING. From the front desk receptionist girls to Ashley they were just amazing from day 1. So informative of any and every question I had. Open line of communication. Really fought hard for my boyfriends case and got him a deal we did not think would be possible and would not have been without attorney Ashley representing him. Worth every dollar paid. I would highly recommend Ashley Aulls as an attorney! He worked hard to get me a lesser charge, he was able to get all of my tickets dropped and even got my DUI dropped down to a Wet Reckless charge which I did not think would be possible! Sometimes life throws you a curve ball & you find yourself in a circumstance with the law that can be very intimidating, costly & downright scary!!!
