Every time I travel I rent cars. Never ever experienced such a wonderful service as the one received in Green motion! Edwin went above and beyond explaining everything clear and easy to understand! He even gave us recommendations of good places to eat!!! You guys gained a customer for life! We will always look for green motion!

I was very skeptical at first about running a car from a place that I had never heard of. But the staff were friendly and very helpful. I rented a Toyota RAV4, which was very clean and an excellent condition. They took pictures of the car before and after the overall service was excellent, and I would definitely Recommend Green motion car rental.

I never heard of this car rental company before booking on priceline. The shuttle comes to get you at the airporr and it's really close to airport like 5 minutes away. my check in was good I has no issues. Beware of the $1,000 deposit/hold on your credit card for the rental if your using your own insurance. But that's only if you book online. If you book in person he said the deposit/hold was $500. It's kinda weird. But nevertheless I was please with my car and customer service. I would definitely book with them again. Everything went smooth for me.

Service was great and the person behind the desk was helpful in answerinf all of our questions about their insurance waiver. Yes, if you read all of the other reviews about getting/having 300k in your auto insurance, you can have the fee waived which we did by adding the coverage via our insurance app which was cheaper than paying for their fee. But overall, great experience from my end. Location was a short drive away from the airport but they offered shuttle service to and from their location.

Exceptional customer service! Belkis was the best, she and Juan both took great care of us! Our shuttle driver Carlos also helped get us to and back at the airport safely. Superb service, and I highly recommend renting from them!

Nielsen was an awesome guy. I had another reservation at a place down the street and they completely screwed me. I walked down the street to Green Motion and Nielsen was more than supportive given my situation and was able to help me in an efficient manner. Without Nielsen, I would’ve had a horrible vacation. Great service! We rented a car for the day and the airport shuttle was super quick and convenient. Car was cleaned and ready to go upon arrival! The pick up and drop up were both such a smooth process. Highly recommend!

I forgot my jewelry box under the seat of our rental. It had a few rings and some broken earrings. The jewelry isn't worth much (if anything) but my Dad gave it to me and he passed away when I was young. It's incredibly sentimental to me. I was so terrified that I had lost it forever. Ishmael and Juan were so kind and they helped me find it. I am so grateful for their help, and I would absolutely rent from them again.

So, I rented through a 3rd party Priceline, I selected 1pm pick up as that’s when my flight would have landed. When I got to the receptionist, they said my reservation as been cancelled as I missed the 2 hr window grace period.
It’s funny I never got a policy with the that confirmation, I had to rebook spending additional $$. When u going on vacation/trip always expect the unexpected. Customer service was very good and helpful. Please take the toll pass as Miami has many tolls. Just $5 per day.
