It was very busy, so I thought that it was going to take a long time to place my oder but it didn't...surprisingly quick with taking my order and me getting my order, that was hot and fresh. It was a Sunday afternoon around 1p.m

Madison is the sweetest! She's very professional and has the warmest welcome!

Have eaten there several times this week for lunch, I'm a logger so I need something fast and good. The line was wrapped around to the highway, but I was in and out in 8-10min very polite employees and you almost never find that nowadays. The lunch staff working the drive through needs a raise. Very polite

The best wings I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. The wings were large, plump and juicy but still crispy on the outside. Zaxby’s wings are usually overcooked and small at other locations. The service here was on-point as well, friendly and quick. I’m not sure what you’re doing different at this Zaxby’s but this particular location should be the model that all other Zaxby’s follow.

Great, honest staff here! My friend left her purse and didn’t realize it until 2 hours later as we stopped to get gas on our way home. Called and one of the kind workers located the purse and held it until we drove back to get it. The food was great and the staff is exceptional!

The food was just as I had expected, not bad, not great. But, the service was excellent! I don't eat out anywhere but was on a short trip with my daughter and granddaughter. I always just order salad wherever I go because it is easy and I do enjoy a salad. This young girl taking my order was so nice and accommodating explaining about the dressings I could choose from. I thought I remembered her name as Kelly but ticket says Aaron K, so not sure. Back to ticket, she gave me a discount, not sure why. Maybe because I am old, maybe because I had my Veteran cap on, matters not. I did not ask for one but it was given. I appreciate it and her for that. If ever in the area, I would go here again just because of the patience, understanding and generosity to an older woman. Thank you!

We had a group of 22. We came in unexpectedly and the team did excellent best service ever they didn't skip a beat Butler was the best cooks were awesome as well

Good chicken. Had five strips, seasoned fries, coleslaw, and a funnel cake. Good prices and good food.

This was tje best customer service e I've ever received at a zaxby's. Was almost chic-fil-a esque✨ food was hot, like fresh out the grease and tasted great as well..was only passing thru..glad I chose here.

We have never been disappointed with the Zaxby’s in Metter. We stopped a the lunch rush today, and it was packed. There was one man (Jutavian) behind the counter today and he was doing an awesome job taking orders, handing out cups, and expoing food. He was so polite and helpful. Plus, all the food was cooked to order, fresh and delicious.

The ladies at this location are incredibly friendly and give fast service! It’s been drive-thru only for a while now due to COVID-19, but these ladies handle it with grace and make it look easy. They work together like a well-oiled machine and always greet you with a smile.

It was actually quite good. Had the Cobb salad and it was very tasty. Will eat it again.

Wonderful customer service from Tessa. Food was great, and Tessa was busy taking orders, calling out numbers, and in between sweeping the dining area, and wiping tables down after removing whatever was left on the table.

Great location. Just off interstate on a stretch of I-16 where there aren't many good stops.

If you have a pet there is a big field where they can be walked.

We enjoyed Wings and Things: chicken wings, chicken strips, fries and Texas toast. Big enough for two people.

Restaurant and restrooms were clean.
