Nicole, was a young lady cleaning. She had the sweetest spirit. My bag of sheets I purchased bursted. I went for another bag and was given another small one. It burst also. NICOLE, said ma'am you need a bigger bag and gave me one off her cart. .

We went just before Thanksgiving. They had some unbelievable sales. If there are sales going on - some can be incredible. We got a $100 mid weather female jacket for $30. Saved $290 on our trip, spent $140. Saved 65% off!

I love this store because every time I go in there it's something that I can't find and it's no trouble to get an associate to help me. So I recommend this store 9/10

There was a young, pretty, Black woman in the ladies' department that gave my mother EXCEPTIONAL service. She was at the register. I didn't catch her name, but she was awesome.

I always find great sales . Customer service is above what to expect . I often see the manager on the floor working in all areas of Belk .

I loved the fact that they were giving to the community. Even though you had to be there early in the morning Each time I went, by the time they got to the end of the line they gave out of what they were giving away. Ain't no pressure.

The sales representative was very nice and courteous. She helped me find my account without my credit card information and found the pair of shoes I needed.

Don't be fooled go in the prices are awesome there's always from 10 to 50% off something you will find things from home decor to your best perfume for him or her at a very reasonable price

I love shopping here especially for the new colognes. They have a great selection on clothing for women, children and men. You'll lose track of time shopping here.
