You want your Great Grand-Mother's and Grand-Mother's cooking?  This is the place.  If from Atlanta, this place is reminiscent of Mary Mac's in Atlanta when the Lupo family owned the restaurant back in the '60's and '70's regarding the food savoriness and taste.

We had fried chicken, collard greens, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac & cheese, dressing, cranberry, pecan pie, like Momma used to make! and some of the best sweet in the South.

Cafeteria self served style, come early, or, don't complain about the offerings. but most delicious!

Ignore the decor, its a basic cafeteria of sorts, that's not what you came here for! It's the food!

Very nice place really good food. I love the sheppard house. I love they're blueberry cheese cake it's too die for. When come out to sheppard house try they're blueberry cheese cake.

Best Home town cookin. Always friendly, and plenty to choose from to eat.

I sell them firewood, haven't tried nothing yet but they seem like good people and cooks

The food was excellent good southern cooking without the over-salting. A home-style restaurant where you are made to feel welcome. This restaurant does not accept cards, cash, or checks only.

Great friendly service with a smile, and I've not had one bad food item or service from there. The food is always seasoned perfectly and the desserts are always fresh and oh so good!! No complaints at all from here!! You should definitely go check them out, I promise you; you won't be disappointed!!

Fried Catfish is perfect. Pulled pork is fantastic but I do consider it to be Brunswick stew without the corn and lima beans. I'll go back again and again

What's a good old place with some good old food and some good old people. Prices are decent food usually really good nice atmosphere I enjoy sitting and listening to the locals talk about her day
