Went to this hardware store while in town for a job!! This is the best hardware store hands down. The owner and employees are wonderful the take the time to help there customers find what they are looking for or what they may need . Just all around great store!! West point has no big box lumber and hardware store.
But with a store like Phillips: they don't really need one either. They've saved me a lot of travel time during my work stay here, and if they don't have it, they'll find it for you.
Excellent people, service and value, and a pleasure to do business with as well.
And if they don't have it, you probably don't really need it.

The staff is super helpful and courteous. The merchandise is a bit pricey but it tends to be better quality than you would get a larger places.

I came in there to find screws and the lady at the counter was very helpful she asked me if needed any help.Junior was the guy's name that helped me find the screws I needed I would recommend this hardware store to anyone. Awesome Customer Service!!

It's one of the best hardware stores you'll ever find they have a great selection and good customer service, any material you need if they ain't got it they will order it for you it's a good ol down home down to earth little store.
