Americas Best Value Inn West Point, MS

The Room needs upkeep. Water damage to ceiling, furniture issues and normal wear and tear. But the service was amazing, room clean and comfortable. Extremely comfortable for the price. I would definitely stay again.

Reading all the previous reviews, I was scared. Everything in Starkville was booked so we had no choice. You'll all be happy to hear that as of 3/28/19 this place is going through a major facelift. Our room on the first floor is new! And pretty spacious for a regular room. Another plus is they now offer a hot breakfast. We'll see how that goes tomorrow. So far so good!

Having to travel unexpectedly, my sister and I needed a place to stay for the night. It was very cold and the weather was pretty bad. We called several places listed online including Americas Best Value Inn. A man with a foreign accent answered the phone and was very rude, he didn't let me ask any questions, cut me off mid-sentence and acted as if I was bothering him. I was only asking for information because we needed lodging right away. Since we were very close to the online address, I hung up the phone and decided to go to the location listed across from Walmart on US 45 in Tupelo, MS. I wanted to talk with the manger and found out that the rude person that I spoke with was not at this location. I almost passed by this wonderful establishment because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the representative. To our surprise, the staff members, Brenda and Amanda were very polite, warm, friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to us. They were very sensitive to the fact that we had traveled a long way and still had a ways to go. They apologized for the bad experience and informed us that the online number is different from their actual number and location. It was good to know that the rude person that I spoke with was not a staff member of this location. Thanks again Amanda and Brenda we will certainly be back-- Roll Tide

Great service rooms not that great

Very nice rooms! Everything is spotless and they keep the breakfast stocked. Also great location close to several places to eat

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, quiet. Bathrooms are a little small, but overall it was a good stay. Close to restaurants and petrol.

Internet is decent, establishment is modern and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, price is competitive. I have nothing negative to say. My week long stay was good.

Quiet, clean, and friendly. Cotton sheets and soft mattress. Lots of pillows. Very good stay for me.
