I couldn't have been any more impressed with Dr. Ned Miller. He takes the time to listen, he is very thorough & fully explains diagnosis & treatment.The first time in my life I've ever had a Dr.call me personally to see how I am feeling & give me test results. Plus several follow up calls from him & his Nurse to check on me after being released from the hospital.
The Staff are always pleasant & helpful.

I never thought I would see a doctor on a "house call" ! Dr. Janee' Steele and her nurse came to my parents ' home after a hospital stay for my mom. Such a kind and caring thing to to for an 85 year old new patient. I'm thankful for these two women.

Been going here for years. Lovely and friendly staff/nurses. Walk-ins welcome for new and existing patients. They'll work me in any time I need them and lots of things can be handled over the phone.

Always friendly. Always helpful. Some days they are busy which can make for a wait. Good, clean environment none the less. Great for an urgent care center.

Things have changed here and not for the better, I have been waiting 7 months for them to do paperwork for me to get a Dexcom G6 CGM and they simply refused to help me get a free unit and get assistance paying for insulins from Eli Lilly. All that is needed is to fill out the paperwork and submit it to Walgreens and Eli Lilly. On advice from my cardiologist and Walgreens I had to find a new doctor. Walgreens pharmacy says I'm not the only one, everybody is having the same problem getting paperwork done at this clinic from Dr. Miller.

Personal doctor is never there and they back your medication dates up.

Dr. Christopher Richard. Horrible service. We arrived 15 mins before closing with NO patients in the waiting room and they would not see my child. I explained the other clinics were closed but they didn’t care. Horrible service. This type of experience is a direct reflection of the leadership and doctors that run the clinic. If you aren’t in the profession to serve then get out. Get new staff that are customer-friendly and kind. If you want to close early then fine, change the hours of operation.

I went there for pain in my shoulder and wrist since the ER didn't treat me at the time of my injury. I was given pills and they x-ray my wrist again. I'm still in pain and they are refusing to do anything else because they saying they waiting on permission from Worker's Comp to do therapy. Worker's Comp is denying receiving nothing from them.
