Mccutcheon, Crystal Coast Pain Managment

I have been seeing Dr McCutcheon, PA Foley, and the entire care team for over a decade. My rheumatologist in Raleigh and my former primary physician locally both highly recommended her and I'm doing so much better for it. Dr. McCutcheon is an experienced, knowlegeable, warm and caring physician who really works with you to find the most effective ways to ease your pain that are also least likely to have potentially harmful addictive or other side effects. I highly recommend her. I've never had a bad experience with her team. I've had numerous ablations, ESIs, trigger points and more under their care and no matter what else I have going on, like surgeries, bone breaks, etc., they've worked with me to maintain relief from my progressive auto-immune and spinal deterioratiin issues. My spinal neurosurgeon has called my spine a catastrophic train wreck. Dr. McCutcheon has helped me get it back on the tracks and keep it there for so many years. They've changed my life.

I absolutely love Dr. M- she is an absolute blessing and changed my life!!! I was in pain for many years with back issues- we tried different medications, injections, physical therapy with very little results but she listened to me and suggested a spinal cord stimulator! So glade she did it’s given me life back no longer in pain!! Everyone at the office is wonderful, friendly, and super helpful!

Dr. McCutcheon is a wonderful caring person, I absolutely trust her judgment in every way. She was the one who got me right to the surgeon to have my neck operation.
When she gives you spine injections it’s over before you realize it. I was a bit worried about this procedure in the beginning, but she made it so simple. She really cares about her patients and you can feel that in her care.
The entire staff is amazing and so helpful. They definitely treat you like a person. I also can’t say enough about Tosha who is the best. Going there is like visiting friends. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to this pain management office since 2009. I’ve always had just an uplifting experience. Dr D.M. Is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life, she’s awesome and understands when someone has pain. As soon as I walk into the door, front the front office to the nurses in the back, everyone is awesome. When Dr DM isn’t available, my second choice is her Nurse Practitioner, she’s awesome too. She does everything to make you feel better before you walk out. Thanks Crystal Coast PM!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Mccutcheon! She is doing every and anything she can do to help me with my back pain. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and makes you feel special, not just like your another patient. They take their time, and listens to what your concerns . Thank you to all of you.

It has been one year this month Dr McCutheon has been my pain management Doctor. I suffer from arthritis in my lumbar area of my spine. MRI, X-rays and physical exam proved to her it was indeed arthritis.
I struggled into the office trying to stand tall to not embarrass myself. Then, as part of the exam, I had to make it seemed a mile long walk to check by walk. I must say, when asked what level of pain from 1-10 did I have, I settled for a bad 10!
After cortisone injections, ablations and additional injections, I am a new person. Not “there” completely, but have moved from a bad bad 10 to 4 within the year. Trust me when I say everything from my waist down gelled and stiffened up when I tried to walk or stand more than three minutes. Dr McCutheon helped me walk again. Now that’s something to celebrate!

If you decide to go for pain management, follow through. Don’t quit. It can be a long process but it has helped me more than I can say. Thank you Doc!!

Dr. Debra McCutcheon is the best doctor in the world. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and so compassionate. I have had 5 back surgeries by different surgeons and she is by far the absolute best. This is the best place to be if you're dealing with chronic pain. Dr. McCutcheon is a true professional who is also very caring and understanding. The staff is excellent too.

The staff is very courteous. The physicians use extenders so there are different levels of opinions as to modalities and medications. The physicians are extremely conscientious in developing treatment plans for their patients. All levels of providers continue education sp they stay on top of the learning curve. My personal physician, Angello Tellis. MD, is not always the first out of the gate to try new medications on his patients. He prefers that his patients not be Guinea pigs and sees the outcome in others first. I appreciate his conservative approach to pain management.

I am very pleased with them. Dr. McCutcheon is a great doctor. I will always recommend her to my friends. Always pleased with results I get after my injections.
