Randolph County Emergency Services

Now, just one year old this is a local government building that serve all citizens and visitors of Randolph County. Emergency Services Head Quarters - ESHQ houses the following divisions of Emergency Services; 911, Emergency Management, Fire Marshall's Office, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). This is a state of the art building with regular business hours of M-F 8am-5pm. 911 and EMS function out of this location 24/7. Enjoy!

Dispatch is always ready and willing to help. From an insignificant call to an emergency call, 911 communications (dispatch) and their team take your and your familys well being seriously. May God Bless them and keep them all safe.
SN: some of the communications staff will let officers know If there is a warrant when asked by an officer even though that has nothing to do with why someone called them. Dispatch should be there to help people in their need not to serve as officers by checking warrants. Some officers seem to care more about arresting, charging and reporting to cps than they do about the reason they are sent to a residence. Some officers forget they are to be for the public not against them. Hired and paid to serve the community when needed. If someone calls needing aid to mediate in a situation then that's what you go there for not for any other purpose or motive.

Someone handed the phone and must've hit emergency call since it was on the lock screen. When 911 called I let them know it was somehow dialed by mistake. They asked for address for verification purposes and again I let them know that it was a mistake so they didn't need an address because we didnt need anyone. She still sent a sheriff after being told 2x we didn't need anyone/it was dialed by mistake. I really don't like the 911 services because they don't listen or are over dramatic when they dont need to be or categorize calls in overly dramatic categories. I get maybe they are trained that way thinking maybe someone is held hostage or made to say it wasn't meant to be dialed so not sure if to be annoyed for sending someone or applaud them for "caring" so much that they sent someone regardless of being told no services were needed. Although, I highly doubt that's the case. Maybe more of following protocol. People around here are heartless and dont care about anyone. I think she did it out of spite because i said not sure what they need address for as it was dialed by mistake and i ended the call so really think she did it out of spite. That would fit people around here well. Spiteful and drama. 9/8/23 around 8pm.
