I have never been to an actually car dealer ship until this past Tuesday. When I walked in my expected thought was I’m not driving away in a new vehicle. Justin Jennings had another plan. Within just a couple of hours he had us driving away in a new 2019 Chevy pick up. He was very attentive to the price range that we were looking for. He was very good at explaining all details about interest rates and warranties and oil changes and showed us the vehicle every little gadget an awesome technology that the truck included. All in all my fiancé, and I walked out a very happy couple driving away in our brand new vehicle thank you Seth Wadley for making that happen for us but mostly thank you Justin Jennings for being such a great and honest car salesman. 10 stars if we could give it, we would give 10 stars.

Kristian was super helpful! I’ve never had as good of an experience buying a car as I did with her. She made sure I got everything I wanted and then some at the best rate possible. It was the first time I purchased a vehicle that I felt comfortable and not like I was being bullied into a decision. If you’re going to buy a vehicle ask for Kristian you will not regret it!

Purchased a new Ford F-150 from Seth Wadley and extremely happy with my experience. I am 65 years old and have purchased numerous new vehicles and the majority of the time it isn't the most enjoyable moment; however, Seth Wadley was just the opposite. It wasn't painful. The dealership has a great selection of vehicles, the facility is clean, and the people there are kind, courteous and respectful. My sales representative, Tamer Ibrahim, made the entire buying process enjoyable. No taking your keys on your trade-in and holding on to them to keep you there until they are done trying to wear you down. No passing you off to the sales manager to try and wear you done. None of these tactics are used at Seth Wadley. I live in the OKC area and was kinda of dreading driving 45 minutes to Paul's Valley to go through the truck buying process, but the Seth Wadley team made the entire process enjoyable. After many months of waiting on Ford to build and ship a Bronco, it finally arrived. While Cindy couldn’t speed up that process, she definitely made the delivery process amazing by delivering the vehicle to my house and even included a big bow to the hood to help surprise my wife. It was worth the with in the end.

After having my vehicle serviced at Seth Wadley Ford, I would highly recommend their service department for your vehicles scheduled maintenance and repairs. I dealt with Staci, Tyler, and Destinie and all three were exceedingly helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe the technicians name was Chris that performed my repairs. He seemed very knowledgeable and i felt assured that my vehicle would be repaired properly and in a timely manner. (which it was) I Will be a repeat customer, and appreciate the courteous experience i received.

It’s nice having a dealership that gets you fixed and back on the road without costing you time and money. I drive all the way from Yukon to purchase my vehicles and get them serviced at Seth Wadley in Paul’s valley simply because the service department doesn’t waste time. Ellis was awesome to deal with as well as the other members of their team I had dealings with. His Manager was knowledgeable and helpful in decisions and thoughts/opinions. Ellis went above and beyond in helping me clean out my trades and get me on my way. Before the sale, during the sale and after the sale it was a great experience. Seth Wadley is my number one choice for service and maintenance on my trucks. They always get me in quick, understand the need to get me back on the road quick and treat you like family!

They also accommodate to drop a trailer, or work quickly if you are loaded so maintenance and service while hauling livestock is as easy as it can get. If you travel I35 through Pauls Valley, OK, I would absolutely plan to service your trucks at Seth Wadley every time they are due or anytime you need anything fixed!

Make sure to ask for Kristian! She’s is the best! She’s highly communicative and very knowledgeable. Having things explained in a manner where you not only understand, but also know the value you’re receiving when you purchase your vehicle through Seth Wadley from her is a HUGE deal!

From the time we arrived on the property to the delivery of our vehicle, all of the staff were courteous, friendly, accommodating, did what they said they would do and made the truck buying experience very pleasant. I might have taken off a half a star because of the cheesy chipmunk Christmas music, but the staff more than made up for our experience. Seth Wadley Ford had great inventory for us to choose from and we were able to drive off the lot the same day with our brand new truck.

Great buying experience! Listen guys, if you are wanting a no hassle, straight forward experience, this is the place to buy. My salesman, Steiger, was great. I found the vehicle I wanted online, he sent me a video and pics. I did the credit app online, drove down ( I was 4 hours away). When we got there, the truck was ready, cleaned, gas tank filled and paper work ready. We were in and out in under two hours! We will be doing more business with Seth Wadley Ford!
