T.p. Ranch (Washouts and 24hr Parking)

First wanted to say thank you to the property owners for allowing us drivers to park on your property, it is really appreciated.

Directly across from the Walmart DC truck entrance. $45 wash outs, has always done a decent job for me. Also has a ton of free large dirt lot parking on private property, owner just asks that we keep up after ourselves.

love parking here, always has available parking even in the middle of the night & has always been a quiet place to rest.

Again I really appreciate the property owner for letting us truckers park here.

Very big holes if you're driving 18 Wheels be very careful. Guaranteed parking spots every time you come here very quiet

Huge free lot to overnight. You can show your appreciation with a trailer washout there. They have a washout account with Prime and others.

Awesome washout! Quality work. My trailer looked so sparkly clean inside when they were done. They obviously take pride in a job well done. Very nice folks. Spacious parking with lots of maneuvering room. Throw your trash away and be good guests----this place is a gem. And get your trailer washed out here.

They offer a washout and free 24-hour parking lot, which is great for those waiting to deliver at Walmart. DRIVERS PLEASE CLEAN AFTER YOURSELVES SO WE CAM KEEP PARKING HERE!

I'm grateful for this place. There really isn't any parking at loves especially if you have a night delivery so this place is a great alternative. Plus when you wake up, you can get a washout right away and roll out. They open at 8am. Last thing. A message to the drivers. PLEASE DONT LEAVE YOUR TRASH IN THE LOT. PICK UP AFTER YOURSELFS!!! Use the bathroom at loves and then park here.

Small company does an amazing job at trailer wash outs much much better than blue beacon and cost less!!

This was a great place!!! After I delivered at the Walmart, I moseyed across to the HUGE parking lot and parked. It is a dirt lot but no major pot holes or craters. Then I woke up and headed over the washout area, I called the number and the nice lady told me to go ahead and come over and I got out and opened my trailer doors, backed up and she was in and out faster than any blue beacon I’ve been to and it was CLEAN!!! It is cash only, but she washed it out, followed me to Love’s and waited for me to get cash. Cost was $40 and was provided with a receipt. I WILL most definitely utilize this place again whenever I have to deliver back to the Walmart DC in Pauls Valley, Ok.

These are really nice ppl. For goodness sake don’t trash their property. They are nice enough to provide us parking. Don’t screw it for the rest of us. Also the washout kid was really cool. Thank you Asian brother! I hope your business grows bigger than Blue Beacon.

This is a perfect example of there are still good people in this world. To the owner of this property we salute you! It is obvious that you are a kind hearted God fearing man and your generosity is greatly appreciated! You are a True Patriot.

Owner bought up some refused cantalopes years ago and gotta say he is the kindest, sincere old fella I had ever met. Took me on tour of his property, around town...coffee and lunch, met his ranch hands his wife many friends, his dogs and chickens... By golly, good ole down to earth true American gentleman and straight up appreciative to hard working truckers... I thanks him sincerely, he is a rare gem these days... Thank you sir!

A few craters full of water but well worth parking here, update they're going to start charging for parking soon not sure when but spoke with the owner after they took my rejected freight, really cool owner
