Appreciated everything Jonathan did to help get our rescued puppy started for success. He made a connection with Albert from the start. The in home training helped us understand how to make a more puppy friendly environment for our dog. He made suggestions on nutrition and grooming. He taught us about creating a picture of the desired behavior and giving Albert time to recall it.

We enjoyed taking our to dog training lessons with our dog trainer at Buckaroos 360 dog care. We spent 5 weeks learning how to speak with our dog. We learned down, sit, stay, leave it, wait and walking on loose leash. One best benefit we also learn was stop jumping on us. Our family now enjoy spending hours with our well behaved dog. Also we recommend to try their doggie daycare and dog boarding. Thank you buckaroos for coming to our rescue. Their dog training definitely is very valuable.

Great place to board or train your fur babies! Jonathan takes good care of our dogs while we traveling. We picked them up today after a week and this is where they’ve been since coming home. I believe they had a lot of fun, activity and play time. Highly recommend Buckaroos for your dogs!

I cannot recommend Jonathan enough. He LOVES each and every dog that come through and it shows in ever aspect of his training and environment. I love his dog playground equipment and so did my pup. Jonathan puts so much effort into not only training the dog but explanations and making sure I feel confident when taking my dog home. He included my dog on his Facebook lives (go watch them!) and always had pictures or videos of her as well. He listened to what I had to say, recommended me extra training books when he found out I like to read. Loryn has given my little three-legged yorkie his haircuts since I’ve gotten him. He’s always happy and looks great! Highly recommend!

We left blue for a week and was very pleased with Buckaroos . They called and told me that blue ( Siberian husky) adjusted good. We picked him up tonight and blue was tired shows me he had some fun. I have a good feeling blue was treated well! Thanks Buckaroos!

Jonathan Cox is a very smart minded guy who knows a lot about dogs!! He was such a great help and really helps you think like a dog and gave us a great insight on how he trains dogs and who he helps with training dogs. He is makin a huge difference!! If y’all get dog training from him make sure y’all stick with how he trains the dogs. If you notice all his dogs and dogs he rescues are so happy, BUT they are also very mannered. Thank you for allowing us to raise and care for the rescued baby Pepe!!

I contacted Buckaroo 360 in October 2022 for guidance & training with my then 12 week old mini Bernadoodle, Mabel. My goal is to make a therapy dog out of her and share a little sunshine by visiting hospitals, nursing homes, etc. I had researched some highly recommended online training programs but quickly discovered my attention span required live, in-person sessions. 😊 Buckaroo 360 caught my eye during an internet search because therapy dog training was specifically listed among the services offered. I chose to begin with private training sessions at my home (1 hour/week). Johnathon did a thorough assessment of Mabel and an overview of his training philosophy & style. He believes in positive reinforcement as the main tool for teaching commands, etc., which is a style that I totally agree with. We started with simple commands and I worked with Mabel on my own between our weekly sessions. Then each week we built on those basic commands. Johnathon also did some work with us in public settings to work around distractions (Home Depot is a favorite spot). It was amazing to see how, with a little daily effort and consistency, my pup responded to the training. It is also important to note that Johnathon was very patient with me as as well, helping to guide me through the process of being the handler of a future therapy dog. Overall a very positive experience for us, and I plan to further our training with other group classes offered. Highly recommend this business.

We absolutely love buckaroos for our fur baby! He has been nothing short of amazing to us and our pup, our dog has issues with strangers but he took right to him and now gets so excited when we pull in, he loves getting groomed out here!!! Our last trip to get groomed Pokey (the pup) even came home with a full bag of treats!! Such a great place to chose! 🤍

Jonathan welcomes our pets with open arms for their boarding stay I’ve 4th of July. He gave me the schedule for play and feeding and assured me of safety precautions. The play yard is large with plenty of climbing toys for the dogs and water. He gave me updates during their stay and they were clean and happy when I picked them up. Training Tips to try at home!

I have been taking my poodle to classes, she is reactive, has some fear aggression and will bark continuously at others in the class. He has worked a lot with me to help her calm down and focus on me...she is doing so much better and it has all been a positive experience for her, which makes it positive for me. I would highly recommend to anyone, no matter their end goal with the dog his training will make it a better best friend.

When I started looking for places to board our 2 English bulldogs and 2 Yorkies there weren’t a ton of options in my area and the ones that were options were very pricy and were only going to be able to let our pups out of the crate a few times a day to use the restroom. When reaching out to BUCKAROOS, Jonathan was very professional and easy to talk to. He shared a ton of information on what was included for our dogs 10 day stay. BUCKAROOS has a huge fenced in playground safe for all sizes of dogs with kiddie pools, big toys to play in and lay under and tons of space to run and play in the sun or take a nap in the shade under the trees. We we’re very pleased to know that our dogs would have 24/7 care and that Jonathan was able to get us in for the time that we needed. We also loved that the price point was great and that our dogs were able to play outside and have 24/7 care while we were out of state on vacation! Jonathan took such great care of our pups as well as sent us texts, pictures, and videos everyday! We showed up to happy, bathed dogs that didn’t want to come home! We were so pleased and will definitely be using BUCKAROOS again for our future boarding needs!

We left out two dogs and one cat at Buckroos for 6 days and got a great price. Got updates whenever I asked for them. They had a dog park to play. In and they offer training and you can tell that they love animals! I will be using again if I ever need to board my animals again!

He is so great to work with and really creates a bond with the pups! They respond so well to him! He is great to work with and communicates well! We did puppy lessons, boarding, and grooming! The dogs had a great time at boarding and were well tended to. His grooming is really well done and reasonably priced. We will surely use him in the future!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jonathan Cox at Buckaroos 360 Rescue Dog Care. About a month ago I reached out for help finding a dog trainer to help my dog with her aggression towards my other dogs so I didn't have to re-home her. Their willingness to help me with her training is the reason I don't have to re-home her. I'm very grateful for them taking the time and effort to show me how to train her better. Since we have started her training I have noticed that her behavior has changed especially with my other dogs. Their is still some things we need to work on but with in the month of training her it shows her behavior has changed a lot an listens better. I highly recommend Buckaroos 360 Rescue Dog Care if you have a dog that needs training.

Learned a lot about how to communicate effectively with my dog and teach her how we want her to behave. Helped a lot with leash training! The approach is all positive—no punishment or painful training tools. The basic dog training class was very successful for our family!

This experience may be the best I will ever encounter. Jonathan has been true to his word on delivering best-in-class services. He was very responsive in the months prior to the puppy’s birth and took lots of time evaluating the puppy would go to a great home. Jonathan provided great info on nutrition best practices, provided a slew of toys, bowls, snacks, leash & collar, etc., and even went beyond the typical socialization efforts by training the puppies starting week 3. The training was noticeable and we had a pup halfway to potty trained by the time we picked him up.

Jonathan continues to schedule with dog training virtual sessions which are unique to each dog and owner partnership. Because of his experience with long-term service/specialty training, Jonathan’s attention and insights are tremendously effective at ensuring the earliest and best chance at success for both the dog and owner.

Johnathan is a great guy, and a fantastic trainer. He was willing to take my boy Dirk and board him at the last second. More importantly, he shared some invaluable knowledge with me, and what I was doing wrong with my dog in an instant. He has an excellent philosophy on training dogs, and I saw him do some impressive stuff with my boy in a matter on minutes. Believe me, I have had bad experiences with trainers and am highly skeptical of most, but he earned my trust through a quick conversation and his reasoning and logic and how it applied to my dog and my approach. 10/10 reccomend his services.
