Wte people said about this place me and my son enjoy it , 😁😁 don’t believe the reviews we all have diffey taste buds .

The service was good and prompt. Food was hot and fresh and served quickly after ordering. At the time we visited it was very quiet and only a couple other customers. Lunch menu served until 4p.

I took the Pauls Valley exit on I-35 and there was a lot of choices for places to eat but I tried El Pueblo and was happy that I did.
Highly recommend!!!

One of the more authentic Mexican restaurants around the area. After living in SanAntonio for 10 years and eating in little mom and pops Mexican authentic places glad i found them food is excellent and portions are large price is fair.

Amazing service, extremely fast! Love the chicken fajitas and shredded chicken burrito. Go for the white queso, it's excellent! Very crispy chips.

I've driven by this place numerous times and haven't stopped, until now. I'm glad I did. The last bite of my chimichanga was almost as hot as my first. Very tasty and generous portions. The queso and salsa were delicious, not much heat, but complimented each other well. Reasonably priced too! Definitely returning.

I had a number 23, and it was absolutely delicious with plenty of food. I definitely recommend this place. we are from out-of-state, and just by passing a construction zone. even though we may not be back by there, I hope this helps other travelers. The waitresses were very polite and humble. That was very much appreciated. And the place was quiet, not a hustle and bustle zoo. It was also very fast... The only thing I would recommend to the owner, is adding some additional authentic Mexican decorations. They can easily dress up the walls and the area for very little cost.

i noticed several people complained of portion sizes. The prices charged were very reasonable for the portion sizes, i would much rather not have large portions for more money!!

Food was excellent and tasted like true Mexican food. The plates were full and piping hot. Good quantity and quality for the money.

My favorite restaurant in Pauls Valley. The service is always good and the food tasty and fast. Pauls Valley is a meeting place for my family at birthday time. We meet at El Pueblo and they always let us bring in our own cake.

My son and I are from out of town and was looking for something to eat. We stumbled upon this place, thanks Google, it is my far one of the best Mexican restaurants I've come across. The Chimichanga(shredded beef) with (white queso)was delicious, my son ordered the Chicken quesadilla and was very pleased.

The service here was quick and professional; attentive but not too much. The food was excellent! I'll be eating here again when I pass thru Pauls Valley! Give it a shot!

El Pueblo was very clean and the food was excellent! Our waitress was very kind and the service was great! I have found my go to place for a good chimichanga! I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend El Pueblo!!

Food was really really good!!!! Atmosphere was good, and the wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. Prices were also very reasonable.
