Be aware that this company sold recently and is under new management. Since the change in ownership, their customer service is terrible. This company installed a new HVAC system at our office in 2021. In August of 2023 the system stopped working. I called to schedule a service call and was told that I should probably call someone else because they are too busy. When I reminded them that our system is still under warranty and that I expected them to service it since they installed it, the person on the phone told me that she would put me on the schedule but didn't know when they would get to us. After waiting for four days with no AC (in August) we called them back to ask where they stood on our appointment. Their answer was that they had to take care of their "subscribers" first and that they didn't know when they would get to us. No estimate was given as to when we should expect them. At this point, I would not recommend them to anyone.
