I was just passing through and was looking for a gym to workout at.. And this place was nice neat and clean

So, I stayed in the area for a month for business, found this gym and it was very reasonably priced and easy to join.
Very nice gym, good hours, has all the equipment for a good workout. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Wanted to say Thank You to Matthew for assisting me with a month membership and some of the workings of the equipment, very nice young man!

Had a wedding shower with approx 20 people..Plenty of room especially since they have a play room that is inclusive in your package.

Amazing fun for literally ALL ages - have a toddler? Take them to the waterpark ~ teenager? FunFunFun 🤩 Grown ups can have a blast as well!!! I simply LOVE the lazy river pool 😎 I highly recommend spending a day here - theres even season passes available 😉 Great staff with big smiles all around!!!!

My sister and I go exercise as often as possible. I'm 73 years old, and the gym is a good place to walk and increase energy levels. Great people there.

It's a very nice facility.

I love this place recently I went to watch my grandson's basketball game and it was excellent it was clean people were friendly. It is very good for the children of Paul's valley to realize what how lucky they are to have a place like that.

My son and I love this place!! Very clean! Lots of equipment! One side has a gym to play basket ball and there is an upstairs track to walk/run. Very reasonably priced!

Its a great place to go. You can workout every muscle in your body, and its fitted with an indoor track, and the basketball courts are good for getting lactic acid out of your arms after a good workout

Great place. You can pay by the day, the month, or the year. You can also do any type of exercises from just walking, or full work out on machines. They even have exercise classes. Or you can rent the basketball court

The pool was very clean today...the Life Guards were exceptional. Staff at front desk always makes you feel welcome.

I work out every morning and the gym is not packed the staff is very nice if your ever in town I would go here if you want a good workout and maby a nice swim

My nephew plays soccer here it was very nice clean and there are a lot of things going on there they have a water park in the summertime great little Recreation Center

Great workout atmosphere, never feel like I'm competing with anyone. The place is always clean and the staff are courteous and helpful.

The water park is a neat small-town cool off spot. The recreational/gym is a little pricey but the staff are very helpful and friendly!

Nice family centered facility. Very clean and organized staff.

The self defense / martial arts class on Monday's at 6:30 is my favorite
