Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pauls Valley, an IHG Hotel

Had a great 2 night stay there. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms were very nice. Only downfall is no hot tub.

This is a great hotel. We were tired. The bed felt like a little piece of Heaven. The breakfast was good and hearty. I recommend the omelets, link sausage and the coffee. The coffee was very good and hot. The young lady in the breakfast area checked on me to make sure my day was going well and I had everything I needed. Our room was wonderful. Last, but not least, the lady and the night clerk at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. This hotel is located close to Walmart, Chicken Express, Braums and several other handy places. We will remember this one!

Francie was amazing at providing exceptional customer service. There was a leak that rendered our reserved rooms unavailable during our impending stay and she worked diligently to ensure we had the rooms needed to accommodate our group. We are so appreciative of how well she cared for us.

Rooms on the top floor have been freshly renovated and are very nice.

Located right off of I35. The staff is wonderful! Friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Indoor pool and exercise room and grilling patio. Dining options close by. Walmart is 3 blocks if you need anything along with gas station options. The free breakfast buffet is delicious!! We have been staying here for over 10 years

Very comfortable . My room is assume. Only problem remote won’t work on Tv. I got in last night. Will take down to desk this morning. Pool looks good. Will check out breakfast soon.

The staff was very friendly, they have an amazing breakfast served, the room was very spacious and cool when we arrived. The room was very cleaned they even had bath and body works complimentary bath soaps the front desk has extra as they spared me a tooth brush and tooth paste the pool was excellent and had a good amount of pool towels available

I was looking for hotels on my travel apps and I got this room for$74 a night for two people..2 Queen sized beds, desk and chair. Little kitchen..sink, fridge, microwave...very clean bathrooms with BIG fluffy white towels..and each bed has 4 big soft down feather pillows!!! That's a slam dunk with me! Heated pool, weight room, great breakfast, so clean rooms, comfy beds, good food, swimming, exercise room, and small store ...very friendly staff

Great front desk staff. Good comfy beds, breakfast was good plenty of choices, 2nd day of our trip they ran out of waffle batter which chef explained that guests used'em all. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Jill was an absolutely amazing helper. I needed a razor, she had it, I need a blanket she had it. Thought my kid left something behind, she was on it!!!!! Jill needs a raise!!!!! Hotel was clean and great!!!! Breakfast was amazing, and when I asked Jill for crispy bacon, she came through!!! Absolutely the best hotel experience I've had!!!!!!

Easy to book a room, room was clean and quiet. Tried the pool, water was a little cold, but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was ready first thing in the morning, and they had more options than I expected!

Came here for work. Hotel was great. Very clean and affordable rooms. Jacori at front desk was absolutely amazing. Hot tub was great. Pool was cold first night then they turned temp up for us. Overall a great experience. Will definitely book here if we come back.

Our stay 2-12-17 for one night was really GREAT! Family of 4 swam and enjoyed pool, hottub and really clean, fresh, comfy room. Bath & Bodyworks lotion, shampoo and conditiiner a really nice bonus. Keurig in our suite. Breakfast was great and staff were very polite and friendly. We would definately choose this stop over night again!

The rooms were clean, pool was very nice. Everyone that we talked to was very nice. Breakfast was hot and they let me go back and get some muffins to go.

Compared to the Motel 6 we bailed on down south of here, this was incredible value for the money. The desk staff was wonderful, and helped with recommending places to eat. Paul's Valley is a old-school small town which brought back memories. This is a pretty new place recently remodeled. It has a pool, nice rooms, flat screen, a great breakfast bar, fresh tasty coffee, everything you want. WIFI and nice beds, etc. We ate at a diner with a 50's theme and the simple diner food was well done and good service that was open a bit late when we arrived. Recommended!

This was a nice hotel at a good price. Standard Holiday Inn Express layout and offerings. Room was good size with normal amenities. Was not loud at all. Breakfast again was a normal HI Express experience. Good, hot food with good variety.

Clean rooms and friendly staff! I have no complaints about the stay I had! I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that is in the area.

Ashton was EXCELLENT! We were looking for a nice hotel and chose this Holiday Inn Express just because of her. When we arrived, her personality and attentiveness was unsurpassed. I’ll stay here again because of her hospitality!
