I have a long way to go, but mylee and the rest of the staff are incredible and i have full confidence in them.

Counselors are fantastic

I've called for two days. Noone will answer the phone or call back from the voice mail.

I reached out for help with services and consistently got canceled on. When i finally seen a therapist I felt she was a great fit an convinced myself to continue. Only to get canceled on again, then she randomly called during the day to do a session which just was completely unprofessional. I reached out and voiced my concerns, I was told I would get a call back that never happened. I needed help, this place due to their hours was my only option so against my better judgement I called again told them i really needed marriage therapy I was told it would be considered family therapy and was set up an appointment almost a month out. Talked to them numerous of times during the appt time I set up to the actual appt and all was GOOD. Then show up and was advised "we only do family if u bring a child" not one time was i told this. I actually confirmed it multiple times due to the inconsistency i previously experienced. This place seriously needs to understand this is people's lives and its not a joke to play games. Extremely upset with their lack of communication.
