These Ladies are so helpful and have great attitudes. I went to get my real ID here. I didn’t have to wait forever either. Everyone was friendly. The tone was very chill. There are real plants everywhere and a cool cat named Morris.

While I ended up in the wrong place, they were able to point me in the right direction for moving my out of state license. The lady I worked with at the counter was polite and professional.

Everyone in here is awesome! They opened early to accommodate the amount of people trying to get a real ID. They’re not government employees and you can tell! Friendly, helpful and a cat to play w while you wait. :)
Other tag agencies claim to only be able to do ten in a day this place has done 32 in one day before! Worth the drive from Edmond!!

They have the best service! Made us feel welcome and so comfortable for just a license renewal! We came from Moore and I think I’ll be taking the drive back here just for the service! Got us done within 15mins! Got there at 8:30 and got out around 9am. You guys are awesome!

i work on the same block as this agency. I see the folks who work there walking out to the street to with clients to help look for their vehicle information. They are kind and friendly. They even deliver homemade holiday treats to their neighbors. Having them there really enhances the community spirit of Pauls Valley.

I have been here many times to register my vehicles, renew licenses, and other associated tasks. I'm not sure what's up with the 1 star reviews as I have never had anything but helpful, courteous, experiences here. Plus, the building is in old downtown Pauls Valley, and the decor is straight out of the 80's. It's like the DMV in California, but without the suck. Thanks ladies! Keep up the good work!

I have been very pleased with the timley and respectful manner in which I have been treated every time I go to renew my license and tags. I had a circumstance in which I was overdue and had to pay late fees, I was so embarrassed but I was met with kindness which made my day go a whole lot better.

Friendly staff, super helpful. This was an amazing experience. I live in OKC and will make the trip to use them again.
